came to me for inch lose as he was getting heavier due to his office work, we started with conditioning and functional training and later added cycling to his daily routine as it is a steady state cardio, it worked well and now he's lost a good amount of fat and we now working on some muscle building .
it's just a beginning peeps

🎾⛹️🤾♀️The single-arm cable chest press is an upper body strength exercise that targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Performing the exercise with a cable ensures resistance remains on the muscles throughout the entire range of motion. Performing the exercise on each arm separately allows both arms to work equally. Standing during the exercise allows for more total body muscle integration and increases the functional nature of the movement.

Single arm dumbbell stability ball chest press helps to add stability and core activation to a Chest Press, perform the Single-Arm Physioball Dumbbell Press. The instability of the physioball, combined with the single arm component, activates critical stabilizer muscles, which keep your body balanced and the weight under control.
The single cable squat and row works the legs and back in unison, training strength, coordination and balance. The horizontal rowing motion improves posture as it builds muscle and improves strength in the upper back, arms and core. The Squat increase strength and muscle tone in quads, glutes and hamstrings. Interestingly though, combining the row and Squat together actually greatly improves Squat form due to counterbalancing effect of the rowing motion.
Most of the rotator cuff injuries are over-use injuries, especially from repetitive overhead motions. This may lead to rotator cuff impingement or tears, both of which can be debilitating conditions. If you are suffering from any of the above mentioned rotator cuff injuries, then performing conditioning exercises will help you heal and strengthen the muscles, improve flexibility and help you return to your activities of daily living. The muscles targeted in the conditioning exercises are the deltoids, trapezius, rhomboids, teres, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis, biceps, and triceps.
Internal Rotation – This works at achieving a subscapularis stretch and also stretches your pectoralis muscle.
External Rotation - This works at achieving an infraspinatus stretch and also stretches your teres minor and posterior deltoid muscles.

has lost 6-7 kilos in 5months and the journey was inspirational. She came to me for inch lose !
So, we started with body weight exercise with functional training for mobility and stability and later added some cardio sessions to the workouts. She was very determined to make a change from the time she joined.we made sure that she stayed active all day. Kudos to her efforts, hardwork and commitment . A Good effort that has to be remembered..
We have not stopped it's just the beginning..!

is a really good friend of mine ,she had Dysplastic scoliosis (oestiogenisis imperfecta),she was overweight (56kg-48kg)and came to me for weight loss.
She was really hardworking and knew that she have to put in a lot of work and effort for her condition . Her never give up attitude was on point , We started with functional training and then moved on to some static and dynamic streches ,which improved her flexibility , mobility and stability . she also made sure to eat clean in the time period. She has been an inspiration for me since the day we started and showed me that everything is possible.We just have only started its now or never💪
