In this story, Bheem celebrates his birthday with Chutki, Raju and Jaggu. The book is full of fun, adventure, friendship and teamwork.

At Fatima Sheikh Memorial School, we are proud of Alfiya Rahbari from Grade 4, who shared her review of The Keepers of Darkness.

Through this book, Alfiya learned that darkness is not something to fear, but a beautiful part of nature. The story helped her see the night in a new way through the life and wisdom of the Irula Tribe.

EXPOSURE VISIT – SILIGURI SCIENCE CENTRE

01 March 2025 was a day of excitement and discovery for our students as they embarked on an educational visit to the Siliguri Science Centre. This visit was designed to bridge the gap between textbook learning and real-world scientific exploration, making science more interactive and engaging for young minds.

From witnessing fascinating science exhibits to exploring the mysteries of space in the planetarium, every moment was filled with curiosity and learning. Students got the opportunity to engage with hands-on experiments, observe scientific phenomena up close, and connect theoretical concepts with practical applications. These interactive experiences not only deepened their understanding of science but also made learning fun and memorable.

Beyond scientific knowledge, this visit also fostered teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students. It reinforced the idea that science is not just about reading books but about exploring, questioning, and experiencing the world around us.

Educational visits like these create lasting impressions, inspiring children to see science as an adventure rather than just a subject. The Siliguri Science Centre visit was truly an enriching experience that made learning come alive!
