On November 20, 2025, a high-level extension lecture on "The Importance of Microteaching and Lesson Planning in the Classroom" was successfully organized at B.K. Teaching College, Bawani Khera (Bhiwani). The program's objective was to develop effective teaching skills in teacher trainees and to give a new direction to educational quality. Prospective teachers were thoroughly informed about the importance of microteaching and lesson planning in the current education system, the impact of effective lesson planning on children, and how teachers can make lesson planning more effective with the help of new technologies.
The keynote speaker at the program was Dr. Rajiv, Principal, K.M. Teaching College, Bhiwani, who provided in-depth, practical, and inspiring guidance on effective lesson planning, teaching methods, and classroom management. His address proved highly informative for the participating students.
Welcoming the chief guest, Dr. Ravindra Ji, Principal of the college, stated that quality lesson planning is the foundation for developing a capable teacher. He emphasized the importance of such programs for the holistic development of teacher trainees.
College faculty members—Dr. Ankit Goyal, Dr. Sakshi, Ms. Harsh, Dr. Sharmila, Ms. Shweta Bhardwaj, and Ms. Kapila Vashishtha—actively participated in the program.
Non-teaching staff—Mr. Manish Shankar, Mr. Pramod Bansal, Mr. Pradeep Kumar, and Mr. Ashok Jakhar—made significant contributions to organizing, technical support, and discipline management.
Management representatives, Mr. Suresh Jangra and Jogendra Jangra, graced the event with their presence. They praised this educational initiative organized by the college, stating that such sessions enhance the competencies of teacher trainees and propel the institution toward excellence.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Dr. Ankit, who thanked all the supporting members and the keynote speaker.
