1. Enhance the employability skills of youth, particularly women, from rural and tribal regions.
2. Provide training on job-oriented skills that lead to dignified employment opportunities.
3. Establish partnerships with industry for placements and internships, promoting inclusive economic growth

राजकीय महिला औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान कटिहार और कटिहार इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज कटिहार के बीच MoU पर हस्ताक्षर
कटिहार: राजकीय महिला औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, कटिहार और कटिहार इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज, कटिहार के बीच आज दिनांक 16 मई 2026 को एक महत्वपूर्ण समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। इस MoU का मुख्य उद्देश्य दोनों संस्थानों के छात्र-छात्राओं को सैद्धांतिक ज्ञान के साथ व्यावहारिक कौशल प्रदान कर उनकी रोजगार क्षमता को बढ़ाना है।
इस अवसर पर कटिहार इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज की प्राचार्य प्रो० रंजना कुमारी, राजकीय महिला औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान कटिहार के उप-प्राचार्य श्री भारत भूषण चौधरी एवं अनुदेशक श्री रूपेश चन्द्रा उपस्थित रहे। अधिकारियों के बीच छात्र-छात्राओं के उज्ज्वल भविष्य और Centre of Excellence में संयुक्त प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू करने पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई।
MoU के तहत दोनों संस्थान मिलकर अल्पकालिक कौशल-आधारित प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम चलाएंगे, जिससे विद्यार्थियों को उद्योगों की वर्तमान मांग के अनुरूप प्रशिक्षण मिल सके। यह पहल छात्राओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने और बेहतर रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
दोनों संस्थानों के प्रमुखों ने कहा कि यह समझौता शैक्षणिक जगत और उद्योग जगत के बीच की दूरी को कम करेगा और कटिहार जिले में कौशल विकास को नई दिशा देगा।

Health & Wellness Session was organized at WITI Katihar by a physiotherapist Dr Beauty. The session was very interesting and useful for all trainees. 😊
During the session, many health-related doubts of the trainees were cleared in a simple and easy way.
Important topics like good health, correct body posture, fitness, and daily care were explained. Trainees also learned about acupressure points and their benefits, which made the session more engaging and informative. ✨
She was happy to interact with the trainees and appreciated their participation.The green and clean campus environment of the institute created a positive impression .She highly appreciated the training workshop and advance machine of tata tech .
The session was very helpful in spreading health awareness among trainees. Such activities help in the overall development.

प्रशिक्षुओं द्वारा पौधों के आसपास उगी अनावश्यक घास एवं खरपतवार को हटाकर परिसर की सफाई की गई। 🌿
इस गतिविधि से परिसर स्वच्छ बना रहा तथा पौधों की देखभाल का संदेश भी दिया गया।
सभी प्रशिक्षुओं ने उत्साह एवं टीमवर्क के साथ भाग लेकर पर्यावरण के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी दिखाई। 🌎
ऐसी गतिविधियाँ स्वच्छता, अनुशासन एवं प्रकृति के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाती हैं। ✨
