Shri Shivakumar GV is the Director at INDICA-Kautilya Centre (Indic Academy), working towards integrating Indian Knowledge Systems into policy, governance, and leadership. He is an IKS research scholar and author, with extensive work on Mahābhārata, Itihāsa-Purāṇa, and civilizational thought.
