Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the sports events which were supposed to be held today, 3rd of April, stand cancelled. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused.
Rest of the events (Formal and Informal) will be hosted on 4th and 5th April, as per their schedule mentioned.

RULES FOR POETRY:
• Registration fees per team is Rs.50/-.
• Only English and Hindi compositions will be accepted.
• Maximum time limit for recitation is 3 minutes.
• Interested students must bring along with them an original composition on 5th April, 2015.
• There is no restriction on the subject of your verse, provided no provocative words are employed by the participant. Violation of this rule will cause disqualification effective immediately.
• The competition will be two tier, in the first phase the participants will have to bring a written figment of their imagination thereafter shortlisted participants will be provided an hour to compose another verse. The winner will be selected from the later.

General Rules:
Game Type: Circuit, Sprint (Decided by the Referee)
At the end of each match, players must maintain the final screens and receive confirmation from a referee.
CAR SETTINGS:
a) Visual Upgrade allowed.
b) Part, Performance (Pro, Super Pro, Ultimate) allowed, Junkman not allowed.
c) Personal save files are NOT allowed.
d) Co-coordinator provided save file must be used for car setting.
e) Cars may be tuned before racing each course.

start of the match.

• The initial rounds of the tournament will be pure knock out.
• Final rounds of the tournament will be circuit mode with 3 laps. The course and direction will be decided by the referee.
• Players have to check the controls before playing the match. Complaints about the change of control will not be entertained
• In case of Disconnection: Any disconnection of the connection between match players due to System, Network, PC, and/or Power problems/issues.
• Intentional Disconnection: Upon judgment by the referee, any offending player will be charged with a loss by forfeit.
• When any disconnection occurs: If the disconnection is deemed to be unintentional by the referee, the match will be restarted. If any player does not agree to a match restart, that player will lose by default.
• The decision of the referee will be full and final

EVENT STRUCTURE AND RULES
• The event focuses on autonomous line following robots .Participants have to bring their own self-made autonomous robots.
• The event will take place in two rounds. Participants qualifying the preliminary round will only head for the final round.
• The arena for gameplay will be disclosed only at the commencement of the event.
• Width of strip will be 2.5 cm.
• Each team can consist of maximum 4 members.
• Registration fees : Rs. 400 per team.
• No damage should be made by the bot to the arena.
• No human intervention is allowed during the gameplay, if so happens the team will lose points.
• Judges decision will be final.
