It was great experience being there…. Four years…. I learnt many things…. Now when I look back I feel….the changes… It’s the similar feelingwhen i miss ma parents who r long way back home… how time changes and how life keeps onmoving without a pause…. People come… peoplego…. We laugh we cry…. Some really low moments…. Some really high…. Life is so beautiful in its own way. but.. still.. I MISS MY BEAUTIFUL COLLEGE AND MY KAMEENE FRIENDS :'( ;-) :'(

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.

There's always the motivation of wanting to win. Everybody has that. But a champion needs, in his attitude, a motivation above and beyond winning.

Ultimately, if you can say that I'm a bad owner and we're winning championships, I can live with that. But if we're not making the playoffs and we're spending and losing money, then I have to look in the mirror and say maybe I'm not taking the necessary steps to doing what it takes to run an organization.
