"After the delightful Opening Ceremony of VSPSMUN'24, all thirteen committees relocated to their designated venues. Participants immersed themselves in role-playing as UN delegates, engaging in negotiations, discussions, and lively debates. They proposed solutions to a wide range of global issues, spanning from World Security to Economics to Human Rights. The thirteen committees represented at the MUN conference include AIPPM, UNGA, UNHRC, UNODC, IP Caricature, HCC, UNSC, UNCSW, G-21, IP Editing, IP Photography, IP Journalism, and Ecofin."

On April 13, 2024, the vibrant ground of Dr. Virendra Swarup Public School Cantt brimmed with excitement as MUN 2024 kicked off its grand opening. The ceremony began with a traditional lamp lighting, symbolizing the start of insightful discussions and friendly debates.
Anandi Mishra's captivating dance performance mesmerized the audience, setting the stage for what was to come. Honoring the MUN's dedicated board members, badges and sachets were presented as tokens of appreciation.

Navigating the dynamic world of MUNs, Sadya transitioned from a seasoned delegate to a seasoned chair. Having represented India's interests on the international stage, from the grandeur of Harvard World Schools Invitational to Prague Czech Debate and NSDA of the US, among others, understands the profound impact of dialogue. She believes that every every good executive member must be a quality delegate first. She also claims that reading and researching would always be her "metaphorical crushes." More than just presiding, she aspires to cultivate a space where respectful discourse reigns supreme.

Kritika Bagaria- Vice- Chairperson IP

Kritika, a diligent 12th-grade student, exhibits a profound passion for both public speaking and journalism. With a commendable track record, she has efficiently overseen numerous events as the Vice Captain of her school. Kritika's journey in public speaking commenced at a young age, progressing to notable participation in district-level ICSE/ISC competitions and inter-school Model United Nations (MUNs). Having previously served on the Secretariat, she eagerly anticipates engaging in substantive discussions with delegates. She believes that MUNs not only offer a platform for expressing individual perspectives but also facilitate exposure to diverse viewpoints.

With over six years of active involvement in the Kanpur and Delhi MUN circuit, Manveer has held diverse roles from delegate to executive board member. Notably, he co-founded Athena MUN, the city's first independent MUN organization. As President of his University's Economics Department Debate Club, Manveer has organized numerous competitions, showcasing his leadership skills. Victories in intra-college debating events and securing a spot on his university's cultural debate team highlight his prowess in debate. Currently a first-year BSc. Economics Honours with Research student at Christ University, NCR Campus, Manveer's commitment to scholarly inquiry remains resolute, spanning discussions on various global issues.

Neo Deb Ghosh - Vice Chairperson:
Neo Deb Ghosh, a dynamic personality with over three years in the MUN Circuit, brings a wealth of experience to his role. He has served as a Delegate, a Chairperson, and a Chief-Coordinator in various MUNs, demonstrating his versatility and leadership skills. Neo's journey in the MUN circuit has been marked by his unwavering commitment to excellence and his passion for empowering others.
