Nizam Falah is one of the famous youngest HRD Trainer and Educational Counsellor in India, who started his career as a trainer when he was in the second year of Higher Secondary School. His teachers who identified his extra ordinary talent and skills, guided him and blessed him to build a miraculous career in the training field. Through more than 500 training sessions in Indi
a as well as abroad , more than 20,000 students and many business men have been trained by him within a age of 22 . His mode of presentation is unique and novel and he covers various subjects including leadership, communication skills, corporate trainings, educational guidance, etc. Nizam conducts trainings workshops at schools, colleges, social/cultural organizations, Government departments, private establishments, companies etc. The sessions usually last for many hours, and sometimes for days, but his audience never gets bored. As an Educational Counsellor Nizam provides Career Counselling to students to help them to identify their proper career path after secondary, higher secondary and graduate education. He is the founder director of Kerala Career Development Association which is working for the welfare of the students and the society in general, Director of Global Update International, Certified Career Practioner of Australian Centre For Career Education, Career Counsellor of Indian Career Education & Development Council, Resources Person of Care Foundation International, President (Training) of JCI Kanhangad for the year 2016 , Certified Trainer of JCI International Officials Courses, Life Member of India Red Cross Society. He has a degree in Public Administration and diploma in Psychology and Human Resources Development, and has been certified in many subjects. Some of them are Human Resources Management, Cyber Law, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro Linguistic Program), etc. He is done his L.L.B and training is taken as a passion by him in his life.
