This International Yoga Day, our students explored the importance of balance, focus, and mindfulness through simple yoga practices. Beyond flexibility, they learnt the value of staying calm, present, and connected with themselves.

A Journey of Empathy and Understanding
- Celebrating Kindness,

As part of our School Anniversary celebrations on 23rd June and in alignment with the theme of the month, "Kindness", students of Grades 4, 5, 6, and 7 participated in a meaningful and enriching field trip today.

The visit offered our students a unique opportunity to interact with children who experience and express themselves in different ways. It was a truly inspiring experience that helped our students understand the values of empathy, compassion, gratitude, and inclusion.

Through this visit, the children learned that kindness is a universal language that transcends all barriers. They witnessed determination, resilience, and positivity, which left a lasting impression on their young minds. The experience encouraged them to appreciate the abilities and strengths present in every individual and to develop a deeper sense of respect and understanding for others.

The field trip was not only educational but also transformational. It reminded our students that small acts of kindness, acceptance, and friendship can create meaningful connections and bring joy to those around us.

As we prepare to celebrate another milestone in our school's journey, this visit beautifully reflected our commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also compassionate and responsible citizens. It was a day filled with learning, reflection, smiles, and heartfelt moments that will remain cherished memories for our students.
