First time posting a movie review.

Really after watching the trailer I was so excited and curious to watch the movie, that I booked its first day show.

I entered with utmost excitement, being a psychologist I thought I would find few more facts about human nature and mind's unconscious suppression of thoughts and desires.

But first scene of movie shattered my expectations, where the so called hero of the movie, expresing some vulgar language or story, what ever you say.

As a kid he was portrayed as unconditionally in love with his father's son, but slowly I realised he is not in love with his father but with his fake masculinity where he brought a gun to the college to protect his sister ( I believe AK47, I have no knowledge about guns and all )
Where is law and internal peace controling agencies???
Ok ok I agree his father was so rich to handle all these things ....🤔🤔

He loves his father so much , but in the whole movie I never saw him , obeying his father's order or agreeing on one single thought.. I don't know what kind of love is this..
Well may be my Outlook for loving someone might be different from the hero

Ok but that's not my concern , the thing that caught my attention was I never saw him being a good father in the whole movie, is he not doing the same thing what his father was doing, not giving to time to his kids.

The so called hero of the movie is just a self obsessed idiot who reunited his cousin just to sing song while he is killing 300 traitors , 🤔🤔.
, oh yes one more thing they invited a psychologist also after this small act of killing 300 people just to take a open session of s*xual life counseling. Psychologist was so ok to talk to a criminal about s*x life Rather then thinking why he is so much into crime. Leave everything , oh it's perfectly fine u killed this much people no worries let's talk about your s*xual life.

Then the ignored heroine has nothing else to do, the director asks her to remove her clothes in front of house help , so everyone can notice her presence also, and this is not the end he lounch one more female character to build attention of youth because the story seems to be lacking , let's call one more lady to do some exciting scene, so that no body bother about the movie.
I was eagerly waiting for so call another villian or hero I don't know who was who .
He is dancing in his 3rd wedding, which ends up killing one person, I don't know why he killed that one and having public s*x with his newly wed, and everyone saying what an amazing entry..
(Hey youth don't ever try this or model this, be sensible)

Really where are we going , whom we are considering heroes of our society,
Killing people
Doing vulgar things
Talking cheap
Acting awfully
To my surprise is this the real culture we are belonging from?

Choose wisely.
I remember few old time movie which really have a great impact on our psyche .
Obsevation and modling is the biggest learning piller, think again and stop making or watching such an awful movie.

Art is always considered as the best way to relax you mind and control your over thinking, being a psychologist I keep on exploring new ways and techniques of art , which can relax your inner self, without disturbing any other aspect of life

Currently I am exploring this new form of art, called zentagle art , and trust me I find it the best way to control your overthinking and convert your inner zigzag into a beautiful masterpiece.

Its story time :

Once in a far away land , a man decided to plant a tree full of expectations that in future it will give me tasty fruit, which i will enjoy to get pleasure in life.

So he chooses the best land, just like his best pick dreams
He chooses the best seeds , just like his most desired wishes
He chooses the best fertilizer just like his most expressed emotions

He water the plant on a daily basis and expresses his happiness, sadness, anger, envy, hostility and many more emotions.
The time passes by and finally the wait is over, the tree shows his first gift i.e. fruit 🍓. The man was so excited and rushed to the house , picked his best cutlery and made the best sitting arrangement for himself. He washed the fruit and cut it into his desired shape, and as he took the first bite something strange happened and the man was unable to understand the taste just like he was unable to understand his expectations
He gave himself one more try and took courage to eat one more bit, the same feeling of strangeness hits his tastebuds , just like his unfulfilled dreams.
This thing shattered him , as he waited so long to get the pleasure for life, he pushed himself to take one more bite this also tasted useless like his wishes

The man was unable to understand what went wrong,why this happened to me? I gave my best to the tree and what it gave me. He cry hatd and kick the tree, suddenly one more fruit fell down ( Due to gravity 😉). He didn't washed, he didn't took cutlery or any other fancy thing to enjoy it and take a bite. This time the fruit gives him variety of taste in single bite just like his emotions and the man cried again as he realised, it's me who gave him this taste of expectations, dreams, wishes and emotions and it's coming back to me.

Just like in life , we give our best to other and expect them to give you pleasure in future, but when we get nothing but the reversal of our actions we shattered and realise how much time we have wasted on others to find pleasure. Its only you who can make your own life pleasurable not others

Love and expect as per your capabilities

Art Therapy

In psychology when we talk about healing mental health through therapy, the imagination of a boring room filled with strange pictures, a calm and cold environment overpower our brain, where any one can feel more anxious rather than comfortable.

But here we gonna discuss a new approach as a therapy i.e. Art Therapy

Some people mis concept it and feel how can we participate in this therapy as we don't know how to draw or colour.

Art Therapy is defined as a artistic way to expres your feelings and emotions with a more colourful and creative way, it not just nourish your mental health, but also provide you a better understanding for your own self. It enhances the self expression and find new ways to develop more self confidence by developing insight.

The pleasure of creating is always blissful, when you look what you creat gives your more pleasure and self satisfaction. It helps you to deal with your psychological distrress and anxiety.

We can use this therapy not only on kids but grownup also enjoy this process. A few of them are ..

2) Children dealing with behavioral and social stress from school or society.

Religion vs superstition
This is something ,which excites every single soul on earth,

As both are really sensitive topics, i just dare to give my views on that.
It's all my perspective, as i never did any research on both of them.

Religion is somewhat known as a practice to worship a supernatural controlling strength known as God or Gods,
On the other hand
Superstition is a sense of supernatural power or influence of something associated with fear.

Both have one thing in common i.e. supernatural power, one associated with positive power and another associated with negative impact.

From the last few days this type of curiosity is hitting me harder, and i really want to improve my sense of understanding towards both of these powerful words.

Only one thing to my understanding is, it's interrelated and like two sides of a coin.

Let's discuss the psychology perspective of both and how it impacts the human psyche. As we all know religion is the biggest institution and as we all are humans , we are associated with them, it helps us grow and develop a sense of understanding about ourselves, but sometimes it happens that without any reason or may be due to very precise practice of religion we start to develop some kind of fear towards it, because sometime due to lack of knowledge some irrelevant and irrational people start to spread rumours about the religion,and that convert into superstition, and we develop fear for those supernatural powers
Although we never face any of the supernatural power neither positive nor negative, still we develop a strange kind of restlessness practicing both, as per my sense of understanding this restless somewhere affects our mindset and behaviour.

You must have seen so many a session taken by some guru , yogi and many others known as God's massenger, they somehow create or provide the environment where people became emotional and start loosing control over emotions and we start to believe that my they are in impact of some negative supernatural powers, but is it so ????

I am still finding the answers

Marriage :
Considered the biggest institution in every culture. According to the dictionary It is known as a legal and formal bond between two.
There are two terms which define marriage , one is legal , one is formal. Is it so why the dictionary fail to mention the word love,
May be that's why couple also forgot that it should also have love. They keep on reminding each about their responsibility, their duties, their limitations, and one day the bond becomes boundation, and icing on the cake is our family and they way they compare their life with ours or the way the compare other couples with us,
🤬Why you fight this much , we never did this ,
🚙Why you spend so much to travel we never did this ,
🤭Why you are working in front of your wife , mine never did,
🤐Why are you asking your wife ,i never did this,
And so on....
After getting this much gyan (knowledge) from others we start comparing our life and relationship with others and the bond of love becomes the bond of competition, comparison.

Ever couple is unique and every relationship has its own pros and cons

Rather than focusing on what others do, focus on what you are doing ..

Did you wish your husband or wife good morning ??

Did you give them a fresh morning smile rather then asking for a glass of hot water or tea on the bed 🛏️

When was the last time you hug each other without any reason ?

When was the last time you go a date 📅?

When was the last time you surprised him or her by giving them their favourite things.?

Life is all about loving and giving love to yourself but a couple is always known as better half so stop loving half of you and start loving the better half too .

Respect : your partner
Recognise: your partner's strength and weakness
Remember : important days
Refresh: every day by appraisal
and Reload your marriage life 💕

Last but not the least
It's bond which we have to carry for life, so better start enjoying 😜

Motherhood or Mentalhood

I knew this seems so controversial if are living in indian society, as here in our culture Motherhood is never considered as a duty, rather its you and your prime job.
Here mothers are considered full time care taker but by saying it's not a duty you are a mother,
How can u get upset with your own baby?
How can you can sleep when baby is playing?
How can you go out to enjoy shopping without baby?

Stop thinking about your hobbies and likings sort of emotional blackmailing 😂😂😂.

Well it's society and they always have something to say, whatever you do..

Let's discuss few tips and tricks so that you not just became a happy and cheerful mother ,but a healthy human being.

1) Never sacrifice what you like , i knew its hard but do try ( so that you never get a chance to blame children how much sacrifices you have made to nurture them 😂).

2) Enjoy you favourite timepass and Hobbies , seems Hard ? Ok ok involve your babies too.

3) Make a mess with them, enjoy what they do.
Play in sand, or in muddy puddle, get wet with them, role play with them

4) Do the dance with even if you are a terrible dancer

5) Self care is very important , do some makeup, get dressup put on your best and don't forget to Parise yourself.

6) Go to shopping with them,( toughest task😨🥴🥴🤐). But trust me slowly you will develop so many tricks to handle them during shopping

7) Make them your best friend and share your highs and lows. ( They keep the secret so well 🤣)
