Sometimes I wonder why he called so many times that day.
He said, “Bas aise hi mann tha.”
But my heart still feels… maybe there was something more.

You know, right?
If I had actually heard his voice, what would have happened to me?
I act strong, like it doesn’t matter.
But the truth is, some voices still have the power to shake your entire world.

Maybe he just wanted to hear me once.
Maybe he was missing something he couldn’t explain.
Or maybe… some connections never really fade, no matter how much we pretend they do.

Strange how one call, one voice, one moment
can bring back everything you were trying so hard to forget.

Main sach mein teaching job se thoda pareshan hoon. Har cheez ke liye niyam aur seemaen hain, jaise ki galtiyan sirf teachers ki hi kar sakte hain. Iske alawa, ladies aur gents teachers ke beech partiality ka mahaul hai, jo bahut frustrating hai. Same kaam, same zimmedaari, lekin alag tarah ka vyavhaar. Kabhi zyada ummeeden, kabhi kam izzat. System ke naam par sirf dabav aur anuchit tulnaen hoti hain. Kab tak yah system theek hoga? Kab tak teachers ko sirf gender ke aadhar par judge karna band hoga? Teaching ek pavitra peshah hai, lekin aise mahaul mein kaam karna roz thoda-thoda thakau deti hai. Bas ummeed hai ki ek din yah system samjhega aur badlav aayega. Kya hum ek aisi vyavastha bana sakte hain jahan teachers ko unke kaam ke aadhar par judge kiya jaye, na ki unke gender ke aadhar par?
