Mungphali aloo chat 🍅🥒🍋🥙

Ingredients-
Mungphali ( boiled) - 1cup
Boiled potatoes - 2 ( chopped)
Tomato - 1/2 cup ( chopped)
Onion - 2tbsp (chopped)
Hara dhaniya chatni - 2tbsp
Emli mithi chatni - 2tbsp
Bhuna jeera powder - 1tsp
Green chilli - 1/2 tsp
Black peper- 1/4 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-1/2 tsp
Kheera - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Salt to taste
Method :
Take a bowl, add all Ingredients in it and mix them properly,
Garnish with emli chatni
Ready to serve and enjoy 😊

# Immunity booster drink

Prepare a healthy drinks with flavour of ginger

Recipe Name -
Ginger hibiscus kahwa

Ingredients - (For two cups)
1) water - 2 cups
2) Ginger -1/2 inch
3) hibiscus flower - 4 (Only petals)
4) Cenemon - 2 ( tukra)
5) Green cardamom - 1 ( Crushed)
6) Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
7) Honey - 2tbsp
8 ) Coffee -1/2 tsp

Method -

1) Two cups water put in a pan then add sliced Ginger ,Cenemon, cardamom, and hibiscus petals
2) heat and boil For 5 minutes
3 ) then add Coffee
4 ) after that switch off the gas and add Lemon and honey
5) then strain in Two cups
Ready to serve a wonderful Ginger hibiscus Kahwa

Speciality - This drink is improve our immunity because Ginger ,Lemon, hibiscus, Cenemon and cardamom has boost the immune system and helps to fight infections

# Nutricious Paratha

Dish Name - Palak paneer
Stuffed paratha

Nutritional value : rich of protein ,vitamin, calcium
Low calories
Low fat

Preparation Time : 25 minutes
For two person:
Ingredients -
For dough
Atta - 1 cup
Palak - 200gm
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt - according to taste
# Some water if required to make dough
Ingredients For stuffing-
1) Greated paneer - 1/2 cup

2) Greated carrot- 1/2 cup

3) Chopped coriander leaf -1tbsp

4) Chopped onion - 2tbsp

5) Greated ginger -1tbsp

6) Black peper powder - 1/2 tsp

7) Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp

8) Dhaniya powder -1/2 tsp

9) chat masala - 1tsp
10 ) mirchi powder - 1/2 tsp
11) Salt - according to taste

Ghee - 4 tbsp For paratha

Method -
1) firstly blanch Palak and made a puree
2) take a bowl add atta, Salt ,Ajwain ,ghee and nead them smooth and made a soft dough ,take rest For 5 minutes

3) then put a bowl add paneer ,carrot, onion, Salt ,coriander leaf, ginger and
all spices and Mixed them properly

4) after that make a ball from dough and spread like roti then put paneer Stuffing and roll according paratha
5) Put paratha on heated tawa and make paratha aply ghee on it

6 ) paratha is ready to serve

Use of leftover food in a innovative way
Dish Name - Desi Taccos
Ingredients -:
Leftover roti - 2
Leftover mix vegetables -1 cup
Meonease - 4tbsp
Tomato sauce - 4tbsp
Onion -1/2 cup (chopped)
Tomato - 1(chopped)
Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
Greated cheese - 1/2 cup
Black peper powder- 1tsp
Butter - 2tbsp
Mixed dry herbs - 1tsp
Method -
1) heat a pan and add 1tsp butter and Onion fry them 2 minutes
2) then add tomato sauce, Black peper powder, and leftover Mixed vegetables
3) saute 2 minutes and add 2tbsp cheese
4) filling is ready for tacos
5) then put roti in a plate and spread Meonease
6) then spread vegetables and cheese
7 ) then fold the roti like tacos
8)heat a tava and add butter then put tacos
9) bake in slow heat to golden brown in both side
10) taccos is ready to serve
