Society of Metallurgical Engineering Students, NIT Jamshedpur has been continuously working for the development and up gradation of Metallurgical Engineering students of NIT Jamshedpur. It also provides a national platform to students of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering to display their scientific and technical prowess. It has been organising workshops, seminars, conferences and expert lecture by renowned metallurgists and scientists for the past two decades.
