Here we go step by step teach you :-
1-Open Google Docs :-Go to https://docs.google.com/ in your computer's web browser. This will open your Google Docs page if you're logged into your Google Account.
If you aren't logged in, enter your email address and password when prompted. You may first have to click Go to Google Docs in the middle of the page.
One caveat of using Google Docs to convert your PDF is that Google Docs will not preserve any of the PDF's photos.
2-Click the "Upload" . Depending on your settings, it's either in the top-right side of the page under the Template Gallery or just under your profile picture.
3-Click Upload. It's in the top-right corner of the "Open a file" window.
4-Click Select a file from your computer. It's the blue button in the center of the window.
5-Select your PDF file and click Open. This will upload the PDF file to your Google Drive and opens a preview once it has finished uploading.
6-Click Open with. It's at the top of the PDF window. A drop-down menu will appear.
7-Click Google Docs. This option is in the drop-down menu. Doing so opens the PDF as a Google Doc file.
If you don't see Google Docs as an option in the drop-down menu, you can add it: click Connect more apps in the drop-down menu, search for google docs, and click ➕ CONNECT to the right of the Google Docs option.
8-Save the PDF as a Word document. This will allow you to download the Microsoft Word version of the PDF onto your computer:
Click File in the upper-left side of the Google Docs page.
Select Download as in the resulting drop-down menu.
Click Microsoft Word (.docx) in the pop-out menu.
Select a save location and/or click Save if prompted.

step 1 :- Go to https://www.sejda.com/pdf-editor in a web browser. This is the website to a free online PDF editor called Sejda. You can edit 3 files per hour using Sejda. Files can be up to 200 pages or 50 MBs. The files you upload to edit are automatically deleted after 2 hours.
If 2 hours isn't enough time to finish editing your document, you may consider using LibreOffice Draw as another free program that can edit PDFs. You can also use some of the features available in Sejda to edit your PDF and then open it in LibreOffice Draw to finish it.

step 2:-
Click Upload PDF file. It's the green button in the center of the page.
step 3:-Select a PDF file and click Upload. This uploads a PDF that you can edit using Sejda's online editor.
step 4:-Add text to your file. To text to your PDF, click the icon that says Text at the top of the page and then click where you want to add text. Then start typing.
step 5:-Edit existing text.
step 6:-Add a link to the page.
step 7:-Add form elements to your PDF.
step 8:-Add an image to your PDF and etc .
