BDIKIDS Theatre in Education Program Successfully Conducted at DIET Jammu
A special training program on Theatre in Education and Early Childhood Brain Development was successfully organized at DIET Jammu under the guidance of Dr. Ramesh Kumar Sharma, HOD, DIET Jammu.
For this program, K.K. Bhardwaj, Founder & Chairman of BDIKIDS Theatre in Education Foundation, and Deepak Virdhi, Director & Managing Director, were invited as Resource Persons to train the teachers.
During the session, Deepak Virdhi presented a powerful theatre demonstration and explained how theatre can play a vital role in the education system by making classroom learning more interactive, creative, and engaging for students.
In another session, K.K. Bhardwaj conducted an insightful training on child brain development from 0 to 7 years, explaining the psychology of the developing brain and how teachers can support holistic child development during the early learning years.
Around 40 teachers of DIET Jammu actively participated in the training and appreciated the innovative approaches shared during the program.
The training proved to be highly successful and highlighted the importance of integrating theatre-based learning and scientific understanding of child development into modern education practices.
