80th Independence Day celebrated at Guru Amardass Public School Jalandhar

The 80th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm by the students at the Junior and Senior Wing of Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is running under the close supervision of President Mohinderjit Singh and the entire Management Committee. A special assembly was organized in the school. The program began with the singing of Shabad by the students. On this occasion, the students celebrated independence by presenting patriotic poems, group songs, speeches, dances and Ludi folk dance that reflected their immense love for the country. On this special occasion of the country, President Mohinderjit Singh, Management Committee, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur congratulated the students and countrymen on Independence Day and motivated them to fulfill their duties towards the country and remain dedicated.

Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar bids farewell to teachers

Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is running under the supervision of S. Mohinderjit Singh President and the entire Management Committee, Librarian Harjit Kaur, Mathematics Teacher Anita Sethi and Primary Teacher Prabhdeep Kaur were bid farewell by the school on the occasion of their retirement. It is noteworthy that Harjit Kaur has served as a Librarian for 39 years, Prabhdeep Kaur as a Primary Teacher for 33 years and Anita Sethi as a Mathematics Teacher for 26 years with great honesty and sincerity. The School Management Committee honoured all the three teachers by giving them a bouquet of flowers and a gift. Apart from the school staff, the family members of the teachers were also present in this farewell. The teachers of the school presented their long-standing experiences with them through an emotional series of their thoughts from the bottom of their hearts. President Mohinderjit Singh, Managing Committee Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur appreciated the work done by them for the school and wished them well for the future. On this occasion, along with President Mohinderjit Singh, Committee Members Jaspreet Singh Sethi, Kanwaljit Singh Kochhar Joginder Singh Gumbar, Kultaran Singh Anand, Gagandeep Singh Sethi and Manmeet Singh Sodhi were present. On this occasion, the Managing Committee also made special arrangements for lunch for everyone.

Artistic exhibition organized at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar

An exhibition of models based on various subjects created by the students was organized at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is being run under the supervision of President S. Mohinderjit Singh and the entire management committee. This exhibition showed the creativity of the students at a high level and reality was infused in it with a touch of imagination. The Punjabi Department presented a glimpse of Punjab through various scenes of Punjabi culture. The Hindi and English Departments artistically highlighted the basic rules of language and the merits of writing. The Social Studies Department showed the pride of the country through models of the country's historical heritage Red Fort, Sanchi Stupa, Bhakra Dam, ancient civilization, Supreme Court Parliament, tools and utensils of Harappan civilization, etc. The Science Department presented creative and working models of Biology, Chemistry and Physics in an interesting manner. The Commerce Department presented the basic and harmonious structure of a sustainable city presenting a combination of property and liability. The Computer Department demonstrated the growing trend of Artificial Intelligence and Social Network through its models. On this occasion, President S. Mohinderjit Singh, Managing Committee, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta, Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur and the parents of the children invited as the dignitaries appreciated these models made by the students and encouraged them to always participate in such creative works.

The AC building of Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar branch of Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is running under the supervision of President S. Mohinderjit Singh and the entire management committee, was inaugurated by Mrs. Gurjot Kaur (Senior Executive Rosanna Ajit).According to S. Mohinderjit Singh, the management committee, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur, such works are done keeping in mind the convenience of the children and keeping in mind the convenience of the children. In the Primary Wing of Guru Amar Dass Public School, an interhouse dance competition for students of classes 3rd to 5th was organized under the chairmanship of Sardar Mohinderjit Singh, President of the school management committee, and other committee members. The students enthusiastically showcased their talent with the dances of different states. Baba Mohri House won first place, while Baba Mohan House won second place. At the end of the programme, Principal Dr Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Jasmine Kaur praised the children's performances and presented them with certificates.

Hariyali Teej festival celebrated at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar

Hariyali Teej festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is being run under the close supervision of President S. Mohinderjit Singh and the entire management committee. In the cultural program organized on this occasion, the students presented Shabad, speeches, dialects, folk songs and Giddha related to the month of Sawan. During the program, charming and cultural scenes depicting Hariyali Teej were shown. The school staff also enjoyed seasonal food and kheer puras. President Mohinderjit Singh, Management Committee, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur congratulated everyone on Teej and motivated them to always stay connected with their cultural heritage.

Monsoon Fiesta celebrated at the Primary Wing of Guru Amardas Public School Jalandhar
Under the supervision of S. Mohinderjit Singh President and Group Management Committee, 'Monsoon Fiesta' was organized for students from nursery to fifth class in the Primary Wing of Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar. In which the students thoroughly enjoyed rain dance, pool party and bouncing. In this environment depicting the monsoon scene, the children also enjoyed snacks and refreshments.

President S. Mohinderjit Singh and the entire Management Committee, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta, Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur motivated the children to become nature lovers by explaining the need and importance of monsoon.

Excellent result of 12th class of Guru Amardass Public School Model Town
Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is running under the supervision of S. Mohinderjit Singh President and the entire Management Committee, has performed excellently in the Class XII result announced by C. B. S. E. A total of 110 students of Class XII of the school had given the examination, out of which 49 students have achieved merit and brought glory to the school and the parents. In the Humanities Group, Prachi Sharma secured 95%, Nirjara secured 92.4%, Jashanpreet Singh secured 91%, Jia Saggu secured 90.2%, in the Commerce Group, Khushleen Kaur secured 94.8%, Jashanjot Singh secured 91%, Sehjal Singh secured 90.2%, in the Non-Medical Group, Rehat Kaur Sethi secured 87.8%, in the Medical Group, Sanjeevani secured 86% marks and secured the first position.
