Excellent result of 12th class of Guru Amardass Public School Model Town
Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is running under the supervision of S. Mohinderjit Singh President and the entire Management Committee, has performed excellently in the Class XII result announced by C. B. S. E. A total of 110 students of Class XII of the school had given the examination, out of which 49 students have achieved merit and brought glory to the school and the parents. In the Humanities Group, Prachi Sharma secured 95%, Nirjara secured 92.4%, Jashanpreet Singh secured 91%, Jia Saggu secured 90.2%, in the Commerce Group, Khushleen Kaur secured 94.8%, Jashanjot Singh secured 91%, Sehjal Singh secured 90.2%, in the Non-Medical Group, Rehat Kaur Sethi secured 87.8%, in the Medical Group, Sanjeevani secured 86% marks and secured the first position.
The highest marks were obtained in Painting 99, in English 99, in Political Science 93, in Accounting 98, in Chemistry 81, in Music 97, in Mathematics 88, in Physical Education 97, in Economics 94, in Business Studies 95, in Geography 93, in Physics 85, in Biology 89, in Punjabi 99 and in History 98.

International Mother's Day celebrated at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar

International Mother's Day was celebrated at the Junior and Senior Wing of Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is running under the close supervision of President Mohinderjit Singh and the entire Management Committee. On the occasion of the special prayer meeting, the students first sang the words 'You are my father, you are my mother' and presented the love and importance of the mother by singing songs, making speeches, reciting poems, making PPTs and cards etc. The students of Junior KG along with their mothers performed 'Cooking Without Fire' and in a special performance, the mother and child danced together and won the hearts of everyone. The mothers present in the school expressed their gratitude to the School Management Committee and teachers through touching words and shared their thoughts. The winning mothers and students from the competitions organized on this occasion were also honoured with gifts. President Mohinderjit Singh, Committee Members, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur congratulated the mothers on International Mother's Day, thanked them for coming to school and motivated the children to always respect and be obedient to their parents.

'Principal' and 'Laborer's Day' celebrated at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar

International Labor Day and Principal's Day were celebrated at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is running under the supervision of President Mohinderjit Singh and the entire Management Committee. On this occasion, the Management Committee and the entire staff honoured the Principal of the school, Dr. Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur by giving them a bouquet of flowers. President Mohinderjit Singh and the Committee Members believe that the Principal is always ready to set guidelines for the smooth management of the school and act as a bridge between teachers, parents and students to make the future of the students bright. President Mohinderjit Singh Committee members Jaspreet Singh Sethi, Kanwaljit Singh Kochhar, Dr. H.M. Hurria, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur honoured the Class-four (fourth category) employees by giving them money, keeping in mind the hard work of the workers and their contribution to the society. Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar celebrated the birth anniversary of Guru Amardass Ji

Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, under the supervision of Mohinderjit Singh President and the entire Management Committee, celebrated the birth anniversary of the third Guru, Guru Amardass Ji, with great devotion and respect at Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha (Regd.)Model Town Jalandhar. On this occasion, the students connected the congregation with the Supreme Power by shedding light on the life of Guru Sahib through Shabad Kirtan ,Sakhis and poems. It is noteworthy that the School Management Committee, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta, Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur and the dignitaries who paid homage at the gurdwara encouraged the students to connect with almighty by giving them Siropa and honorary money. The stage management service of this program organized by the school was performed by the religious teacher of the school Ms.Jasjit Kaur and the service of Ardas and Hukamnama was performed by the students. Apart from this, Mohinderjit Singh President and Committee Members also informed that in the evening Diwans at Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Model Town Jalandhar, Prof. Amandeep Singh Punjabi University Patiala enlightened the congregation with mesmerising Kirtan. In these programs of the school and Gurdwara Sahib, S. Mohinderjit Singh Committee Members S. Jaspreet Singh Sethi, S. Kanwaljit Singh Kochhar, Dr. H.M. Hurria, S. Parminder Singh Kapurthala Group, S. Joginder Singh Gumbar, S. Kultaran Singh Anand, S. H.S. Bhasin, S. Gagandeep Singh Sethi and S. Manmeet Singh Sodhi, and other dignitaries of the city attended and received the blessings of the Guru Ghar. The Darbar Sahib was decorated with flowers and the Gurdwara Sahib with lights. After the conclusion of the morning and evening Diwans at Gurdwara Sahib, Guru ka langar was served in abundance.

Swearing-in ceremony held at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar

Under the able guidance of S.Mohinderjit Singh,the President and the entire Management Committee, the swearing-in ceremony of the junior and senior wing students for the session 2026-27 was held at Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar. Of the senior wing, Udhay Dhingra Head Boy, Shinepreet Kaur Head Girl, Seesdeep Singh Vice Head Boy, Agmroop Kaur Vice Head Girl, Divesh Rajput and Anshdeep Kaur Sports Captain and Vice Sports Captain, Divanshi Activity Captain and Harsehaj Kaur Vice Activity Captain, Drishtpreet Kaur Sports Vice Captain, Sehajpreet Singh Sethi Press and Publicity and Namanpreet took oath as Vice Captain. Harnoor took oath as Captain of Baba Mohan House , Gurleen Kaur took oath as Captain of Bibi Dani House , Guneet Kaur took oath as Captain of Baba Mohri House and Harsehaj Singh took oath as Vice Captain of Bibi Bhani House . Ashneet Kaur, Jasmine, Harangad, Sachpreet Kaur took oath as Vice Captains . Similarly, Gurneev Singh of Primary Wing took oath as Head Boy, Bavleen Kaur as Head Girl, Jasnoor Singh as Sports Captain and Vihan as Vice Captain and Nishika, Tavneer Kaur, Armaan Arora, Manpreet as House Captain and Jasnoor Singh, Gurmandeep Singh, Jasnoor Kaur, Harleen Kaur, took oath as Vice House Captain. Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur encouraged the students to fulfill their responsibilities towards the school with honesty and sincerity while conferring badges. Mother Earth Day was celebrated at Guru Amar Dass Public School, Model Town Jalandhar.

Earth Day was celebrated at the junior and senior wings of Guru Amar Dass Public School Jalandhar, which is being run under the close supervision of President Mr. Mohinderjit Singh Ji and the entire management committee. A special prayer meeting was organized on this occasion. On this occasion, keeping in mind the current condition of the earth, the students presented their ideas for preserving the earth and saving the environment by reciting poems, delivering speeches, showcasing plays, writing slogans and making posters for its protection. Apart from this, a silent drama was presented by the kindergarten children. Saplings were planted by the students in the school campus. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta, Vice Principal Jasmine Kaur encouraged the students to preserve the earth and be aware of their fundamental responsibility towards the environment.

Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar's 10th result was excellent

The C.B.S.E. 10th result of Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, which is running under the supervision of President S. Mohinderjit Singh and the entire management committee, was 100 percent. A total of 97 students gave this examination. Out of which 48 students obtained merit. Manroop Kaur secured the first position by getting 95.6 percent marks, Aprampreet Singh and Kusagara Dhawan secured the second position by getting 94.8 percent marks and Namanpreet Kaur secured the third position by getting 94.6 percent marks. The school and parents were honoured with 100 marks in Punjabi, 99 in Mathematics and Information Technology, 98 in English, 97 in Social Studies and 95 in Science. President Mohinderjit Singh Committee Member Jaspreet Singh Sethi, Dr. H. M. Hurria, Tejdeep Singh Sethi, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta, Vice Principal Ms.Jasmine Kaur, Examination Incharge Ms.Renuka Angrish and teachers congratulated the parents of the students and wished them a bright future.

Warm Welcome to Sarvesh Kaushal, Former Chief Secretary Punjab, at Guru Amardass Public Model Town Jalandhar

Guru Amardass Public School Model Town Jalandhar, under the leadership of President Mohinderjit Singh and the Management Committee, warmly welcomed Sarvesh Kaushal, Former Chief Secretary Punjab, and J.P. Singh, Owner of President Hotel Jalandhar.

The Management Committee honoured them with a bouquet, saropa, and memento. Sarvesh Kaushal praised the Management Committee for the double basement parking facility, renovated darbar hall, and langar hall at Gurudwara Sahib, built by Late. Ajit Singh Sethi. He also appreciated the solar panels and new AC block installed by President Mohinderjit Singh.

The new session at Junior Wing Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar and Senior Wing Model Town Jalandhar of Guru Amardass Public School, running under the able leadership of President S. Mohinderjit Singh and the entire Management Committee, was started with the recitation of Japji Sahib Ji and Shabad Kirtan by the students at Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha (Regd.) Model Town Jalandhar. Ardas was offered in gratitude to the Almighty and Karah Prasad was served to the students. On this occasion, the President of the School Management Committee S. Mohinderjit Singh, Committee Members, Principal Dr. Aparana Mehta and Vice Principal Jasmine Kaur wished the students well for the new session and encouraged them to continue working hard with determination and dedication.
