Chicken Nisasta is like a pickle, but with less spices and more nutrition. The richness of dry fruits, and health benefits of Desi Ghee along with high protein chicken legs, make this recipe a must have in your meal. The slow cook, and zero water increases the perseverance capacity of this dish. It can easily be stored for months if you use an airtight container and refrigerate it properly. There are no onions, garlic, ginger or heavy masalas, thus the only way to prepare a decent gravy is to use as much dry fruits as you can. Serve it in breakfast, lunch or dinner, it will be the best treat for your loved ones.

Ingredients:
200 g Pure Ghee
750 g Chicken Leg and Thigh
5-6 Cardamom
Salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric
Dry fruits as per your choice (Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Walnuts 50 g each)
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 tbsp Mix Seeds
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Degi Mirch
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tbsp Dried Coconut Powder
1 tbsp Raisins
Process:
First of all, pour ghee in a kadhai and add cardamom. Then add chicken, salt and turmeric, stir it occasionally, and then cover it with the lid. Cook chicken for 20-25 minutes until it cooks 90%. thereafter, add spices, coconut powder, raisins and dry fruits and cook it for 5-7 minutes Now, ready to serve. Enjoy!
How to Serve:
Take handful amount of Nisasta and slow cook for 5 minutes either in water or desi ghee, add a touch of lemon juice for extra flavour. You are good to go.
Process in Hindi:
सबसे पहले कढ़ाई में घी डालें और इलाइची ऐड करें, फिर चिकन, नमक, और हल्दी डालें, और अच्छे से मिक्स करें. 20-25 मिनट्स तक धीमी आंच पर पकने दें, जब चिकन 90% तक पक चूका हो, तब मसालें एंड ड्राई फ्रूट्स ऐड करदें, और 5-7 मिनट्स और पकाएं, आपका निशास्ता रेडी है
Serving process in Hindi:
जब भी खाना हो, निशास्ता में थोड़ा देसी घी या फिर पानी मिलाकर धीमी आंच पर 5 मिनट तक गर्म करलें, और एक्स्ट्रा फ्लेवर के लिए निम्बू का रस निचोड़ कर खाए मज़ा आ जाएगा,
