I have always had a liking for this quote.
When sometimes we as individuals feel stuck, we should remember how far we have come and take it one day at a time.
Practice this for short term goals and gradually it will help you in your long term goals as well.
I have seen it help so many individuals, I hope this helps who ever is in need of it ❤️
And remember to breathe, soak it all in and let go ✨
