Positions: Faculty, SME and Tutor

Faculty Role: You will have to record videos as per the subject's needs.
SME Role: You will have to manage the content available in our repository.
Tutor Role: You will have to Solve the doubts of the students via one-to-one communication.

The level will be as per JEE/NEET and Boards in the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.

Job Location: Work from anywhere(Part-time)

Requirement:
1. Should have strong knowledge of the subject
2. Should have good problem-solving skills and be able to communicate the way of solving the questions to the students
3. Should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Qualification:
B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc. and M.Sc.

Dear ALL,
Right help at the right time makes all the difference.
I had this single thought in mind when I looked back into my journey of coming from a very small town in Rajasthan and underprivileged family background. My own struggles to afford the basic necessities in life, overcoming all the stigma and still pushing through to finally break out and become an IITian. And I think all of this was possible because I kept on receiving guidance, mentorship, and direction from so many people who came at different points in my journey and helped me move forward.
I carry a sense of gratitude and want to give back to lacs of students who are exactly in my situation today where I was 10 years ago.
I am thrilled and filled with emotions as I announce the launch of my edTech startup “WEKnow Learning”.
WEKnow will stand for all of you who want to break out of the clutches of their current conditions and achieve something big in your life. WEknow will stand for students who dream every single minute to lift their families out of the vicious cycle of financial hardships. WEknow will stand for those who just love studying and do not have the resources. WEknow will stand for to-be Engineers and Doctors.
Through WEKnow, I want to provide access to great quality content, mentorship, guidance, discipline, and a constant nudge in the preparation journey of students for JEE, NEET, Boards, other national entrance exams, etc.
We are swamped with a massive amount of content for preparation for such exams both online and offline. Students today keep on endlessly going through content available across various edtech platforms without gaining any actual ability to comprehend and apply conceptual learning. I believe this has created a much larger problem of deficit of focus while preparing for competitive exams. While good quality content is important, it is equally more important to have the focus to execute learning, understanding, practice, and application.
Through WEKnow, we will work towards one single aim i.e. ensuring conceptual understanding and application to perform in your target examinations. We will do this through:
1. Organized, well researched, best quality content
2. 24x7 quality faculty availability to clear all doubts
3. Focussed practice and test sessions to prepare for time management focus during exam
4. De-cluttered platform to reduce distraction
As we execute on the above mandates, I know we’ll face enormous challenges to solve for technology, people, content, etc to provide the best quality content with maximum affordability to my students. But it’s all worth it if it creates many more stories like mine.
