HUSTLE WITH HEART FOR EARTH: THE UNIRISERS LEAD THE CHANGE
To mark the World Earth Day, the students of The Unirise World School conducted a special assembly on 22 April,2026 during the morning hours. The theme of the assembly was to make students aware of their role in protecting the environment. The assembly featured thought-provoking skit, song, poem, Video Presentation and a role play highlighting environmental issues including climate change, biodiversity loss and dwindling resources and ways to address them . All students and teachers took the Earth Day Pledge for a greener tomorrow on the Earth Day, promising to reduce plastic use, save water, and plant more trees.
The Art Club put up handmade posters with slogans like “Refuse, Reuse, Recycle” and “Hustle with Heart for Earth.” The Chairmanship, Sh. Rakesh Aggarwal, the Director Dr. Pallavi Aggarwal and the Managing Director Mr.Shifu Aggarwal were all praise for such a moving and insightful message. The Principal, Mrs. Neha Rattan appreciated the efforts and announced a ‘Green Initiative’ i.e. a “Sapling Adoption Program” where students from each class will care for one plant. Madam Principal reiterated that small daily actions like carrying a cloth bag or turning off taps can create big change. The event truly reflected the spirit of “Hustle, heart, and work hard” for Mother Earth. “Earth Day is not a one-day event. It is a reminder that small habits done daily protect our future,” said the Principal.
