pects are limited. Further the professional qualification acquired should have recognition in all sectors. Today computers have become a way of life for millions of people. With Computers becoming essential to the working of most of the organizations the professionals are increasingly becoming highly sought after. At the same time the global liberalization of economics and the new development in the economics scenario has made it very competitive at both national and international levels. This has forced industries and even the government sector today to improve their planning, manufacturing and management. Thus it is known fact today that there is a pressing need of trained professionals in the field of computers and management to meet the new challenges. These new challenges faced by the country, inspired the government to take the professional education more seriously. This was the turning point wherein most of the government universities decided to associate with well run institutes/colleges for running their Masters/Bachelors/Diploma programme. Thus standardizing Computer/Management Education, upgrading their training methods and assuring recognition to their successful students.
