In a beautiful display of our local culture, our guests were presented with traditional Lengyans and fresh bouquets, symbolizing our respect, friendship, and the spirit of togetherness. It was a proud moment for our school community as we shared our traditions and celebrated this rich cultural exchange.

Today marks the start of an incredible journey of friendship and cultural exchange! At 03:15 PM on May 4, 2026, our Secretary, Academic Advisor, Principal, and Vice Principal, joined by our wonderful teachers and students, gathered at Bir Tikendrajit International Airport to receive our guests from Thailand. We are so excited to host this Language and Cultural Exchange Program and can't wait to share our culture while learning from theirs! 🇹🇭🤝🇮🇳

Pitambara English School Successfully Celebrates Sannaroi Singgi Numit (Players' Day) 2025

Pitambara English School successfully celebrated Sannaroi Singgi Numit (Players’ Day) 2025, a day dedicated to sports, discipline, and teamwork. The event brought together students, faculty, and esteemed guests in a dynamic celebration of athleticism and personal growth.
The day began with a special assembly, where Sir Biswanath delivered an inspiring speech on the importance of sportsmanship and character building. This set the tone for a series of exciting activities, including:
• Friendly Basketball Matches (boys & girls) guided by Coach Sir Binandajit and Sir Seenhen
• Taekwondo demonstration instructed by Miss Jenny Francis Irom
• Yoga session led instructed by Miss Gurumayum Radharani
• Thang-Ta performance instructed by Sir Yaiphaba
The school had the honor of hosting Chabungbam Rameshwori Devi, a distinguished cyclist with 102 medals and now an SID officer, along with Sir Ajit Oinam, Deputy SP (CID). Their powerful addresses encouraged students to embrace discipline, step out of their comfort zones, and face challenges with resilience.
Principal Nilima Khwairakpam reinforced the school’s vision of holistic education, emphasizing the need to balance academics, sports, and the arts for overall development.
Sannaroi Singgi Numit 2025 was a resounding success, reinforcing Pitambara English School’s commitment to shaping well-rounded individuals. The event left students motivated and eager to continue their journey of growth, teamwork, and excellence.

The 15th Montessori Week was celebrated with great enthusiasm in November 2024 at the school premises. Students from Pre-Nursery to Nursery-II showcased their natural curiosity, independence, and love for learning through hands-on activities and material exploration.

Parents witnessed the transformative power of Montessori education as children confidently demonstrated a variety of life-enriching skills, including:
