Simple thing - Driving License....how many pet really learned driving....we pay to Driving School and get License without driving....then drive in road create accident then blame Govt, big vehicle all..many people don't understand basic road rule even after driving for 10-15 years....even the very basic jumping the red signal knowingly...every Govt bus jump the red signal.... you don't see such things there..the latest Address are updated in Driving License regularly by people spending time...taking permission or half day leave for DMV visit and updates...
