A heartfelt campaign.... While the concept itself is awesome, look at the budget spent.... Kudos to the strategy.... They have made customers for a lifetime and any budgets for such a strategy seems less.

When asked to make a TVC for Guinness Stout Beer, the creative guys of the agency went to a nearby pub to see what customers think about Guinness. They notice that Guinness beer takes about 2 minutes to settle down when poured into the glass, which is more than the normal settling down time for other beers. Yet customers waited patiently and still ordered for Guinness only.
This led to a wonderful insight and the famous tagline 'Good things come to those who wait'. This TVC based on this insight is a classic example of creativity and ex*****on. The ad shows a surfer waiting and waiting for the right wave to come and then taming it in.
