At Clear Steps AI, we ingested ten years of CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 board exam papers — every Math diagram, every Science formula, every question variant, every passage structure, every position, every slot in the paper.

Then we built the pattern matching engine — a five-layer analysis that compares question sets within the same year, tracks how skills are tested across years, and predicts which question types are most likely to appear in this year's CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 board exam paper.

The output is four predictive sets of the most probable Math and Science questions, ranked by confidence — High, Medium, Low. Your child doesn't study everything in the CBSE Class 10 syllabus. They study what's most likely to appear in the actual Phase 2 paper.

We don't say this lightly because we know how much marketing noise exists in CBSE board exam preparation. Every coaching institute claims to predict the paper. Every online tutor says "this chapter is important." Most of it is generic.
What we built is different. Pattern-matched across ten years. Refined over months of work. The four sets are gold — not because we say so, but because the data does.

Most parents preparing their CBSE Class 10 student for the Phase 2 board exam are now asking the same question — can I just use ChatGPT to predict what'll come in the paper this year?

Short answer: no. And here's why.
Generic AI tools don't have structured access to ten years of CBSE Class 10 Math and Science board exam papers. They can't compare question sets within a single year. They can't track how passage structures, skill clusters, question variants, and slot positions repeat across years. What they give you is a syllabus summary dressed up as a prediction — important chapters, popular topics, frequently asked concepts. That's not prediction. That's the syllabus.

At Clear Steps AI, we built a five-layer pattern analysis specifically for CBSE Class 10 Math and Science Phase 2 board exam papers. We compare the sets within each year. We cross-reference across ten years of historical board exam papers. We track diagrams, formulas, real-world application framing, and where each question type slots in the paper.

The output: four predictive sets of the most likely questions for your child's Phase 2 exam, ranked High, Medium, Low confidence. You don't study everything. You study what actually appears.

773 Science questions.
That's how many CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 Science board exam questions we analysed at Clear Steps AI before building our four predictive sets.

Here's what ten years of CBSE Class 10 Science board exam data revealed: the same skills get tested over and over. The framing changes year to year. The numbers shift. The wording style varies. But underneath every question wrapper, the actual skill being tested is almost always one of a small, repeating cluster.
That's the insight we built the entire product around.

We don't try to predict the exact questions that'll appear in this year's CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 Science paper. We predict the skills that'll be tested. Then we identify the highest-probability question variants that test each skill. Then we rank them by confidence — High, Medium, Low — and group them into four sets your child can realistically work through in the time left before the exam.

773 Science questions analysed. Five layers of pattern matching applied — question sets, passage structures, skills, question variants, and slot positions in the paper. Four predictive sets built around the Science skills that repeat across CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 board exam papers.
Your child doesn't study every chapter in the syllabus. They study the skills the board exam keeps testing.

We didn't build Clear Steps AI for the kids who don't study. We built it for the ones who do.
Every year, hundreds of disciplined CBSE Class 10 students walk into their Phase 2 board exam after months of effort — and underperform.
Not because they didn't put in the hours.

Because they spent those hours on the wrong things. Revising every chapter from beginning to end. Memorising formulas without knowing which ones actually get tested. Practising question variants that haven't appeared in a CBSE Class 10 board exam paper in five years. Studying for the syllabus instead of studying for the paper.

This is the silent inefficiency in board exam preparation that nobody at coaching centres or schools talks about. Effort goes in. The score doesn't follow.

So we did the work that parents and coaching institutes don't have time to do. We pattern-matched ten years of CBSE Class 10 Math and Science Phase 2 board exam papers across five layers — question sets, passages, skills, variants, and slot positions. Then we predicted.
The output is four sets of the most probable Phase 2 questions, ranked High, Medium, Low confidence — so your disciplined child finally studies what actually appears.

The CBSE Class 10 Math board paper has 38 questions worth 80 marks. Four of them, you can almost predict.

We tagged 619 questions across five years of CBSE Class 10 Standard Math papers (2022 to 2026) and mapped every section — A through E — to find the question slots where the same skill keeps appearing year after year. Four slots stood out:

— Q24, Section B (2 marks): trigonometric identity proof
— Q33, Section D (5 marks): heights and distances
— Q35, Section D (5 marks): mean or median from grouped data
— Q38, Section E (4 marks): probability case study

That is 16 marks where the question type does not change — only the surface details do. For a student preparing for the CBSE Phase 2 Improvement / Compartment exam on 15 May 2026, those four questions are the most reliable marks on the paper.

Save this map. Use it to plan the final 10 days of revision. Print a copy for the study desk. Share it with a classmate or your child's tutor — anyone who is helping a Class 10 student get ready for the May board exam.

If you want all four high-confidence paper sets — one for Math, Science, Social Studies, and English, each drilled on the LOCKED slots we found — they are at clearsteps.co.in/cbse-10-board.

Q24 = trigonometry. Has been for 4 of the last 5 CBSE Math boards.
Our AI tagged 619 questions across 5 years and found 11 'permanent locks' — questions where the skill literally doesn't change. This is one of them.

Save this. Send to a friend revising tonight.

Two weeks to the CBSE Class 10 improvement exam on May 15 and I'd more or less given up hope of proper revision. Then a friend told me about ClearSteps. It actually predicts which questions are most likely to appear in the improvement exam paper, with confidence scores, mapped to the CBSE 2026 syllabus and marking scheme. Aarav's revising the chapters that matter now, not the whole textbook again. ₹999 well spent. If your child is sitting the May 2026 improvement exam too, you'll get why I'm posting this.
