Writing and reading are my air to breathe. I cannot live without writing even for a single day, just as other human beings cannot live without breathing air or drinking water. Don't ask me if I'm like other human beings. When I was younger, I used to wonder if I'm a different species of living being altogether.

When I'm editing a book, I don't care about how many words I should remove - but how effective my lines are. After reading and studying novels extensively, I have come to aim that I need at least one good line that would make a bomb title and at least one line that would make a bomb quote.

I am an Indian multi-genre writer. My debut series is an epic noblebright fantasy series, of which two have been released, and the third is on pre-order.

As I'm going through my book for a second round of edits, I'm finding some inconsistencies with the second installment. Good thing I still have a week before I need to submit the book for approval!

That's my motto. That's the reason I publish.

I had no desire to do so before 2019, when I was only writing for myself, to soothe my brain or to entertain myself. And when I had the publishing opportunity, I went back to why I read as a schoolgirl; then, the answer came to me: because life was bad and books comforted me, be they of good fortune or tragedy. I used to read Shakespeare with pure happiness.
