STEM TRAINING SESSION AT SRVM held on 12 January, 2026

A CBSE training program on was successfully conducted on 9th and 10th January 2026 at , Shyampur, Haridwar. The training aimed to strengthen teachers’ understanding of critical and creative thinking skills and their application in classroom teaching.
The program was led by two experienced and knowledgeable resource persons, and . Both resource persons guided the sessions effectively, making the concepts clear, relatable, and easy to implement in day-to-day teaching practices.
The training sessions were highly interactive and engaging. Teachers actively participated in discussions, group activities, and reflective tasks. Various real-life classroom situations were discussed, helping participants understand how decision-making, problem-solving, and perspective building play an important role in nurturing critical and creative thinking among students. The activities encouraged teachers to think beyond routine methods and explore alternative approaches to teaching and learning.
The sessions offered teachers a fresh perspective on teaching practices and highlighted the importance of understanding multiple viewpoints while guiding students.
Overall, the training was enriching and impactful. It provided teachers with practical strategies, renewed clarity, and motivation to incorporate critical and creative thinking skills in their classrooms. The program successfully met its objectives and proved to be a valuable learning experience for all participants.

To commemorate the Veer Bal Diwas on 26th December 2025, Shri Ram Vidya Mandir, Shyampur, Haridwar conducted a special assembly. This event was conducted by the students where they presented a speech, a play and recited a poem in order to:
• Create awareness about the sacrifice of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh ji and Sahibzada Fateh Singh ji, younger sons of Shri Guru Gobind Singh ji, the tenth Guru of Sikhs.
• Enable students to acquire the qualities of sacrifice, courage, steadfastness, confidence, mindfulness, and others as exhibited by the Sahibzadas.

The students understood and were inspired by the brave acts of the two young boys who sacrificed their lives to preserve and uphold their identities.

Our students watched the national broadcast of Veer Bal Diwas from Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Guided by the vision of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the session was a profound journey into India’s history and its bright future.
It was truly moving to see our young learners sitting together, watching the full episode with such focus and discipline. They didn't just watch; they felt the stories of the brave Sahibzadas and cheered for the real-life "Bal Veers" who received bravery awards today.

•Hearing PM Modi call them the "Amrit Peedhi" and the future leaders of 2047.
•Standing tall and singing Vande Mataram in one voice with students across India.
Days like today remind us that education isn't just about exams; it's about building character and courage. Our students are coming away from this session inspired, motivated, and proud of their heritage.

Celebration of Shri Indramani Badoni Jayanti and Christmas held at SRVM. Prize distribution ceremony was also held to appreciate students.

A session on &_Decision_Making was held at Shri Ram Vidya Mandir, Shyampur, Haridwar on 10th December, 2025. It was conducted by our respected trustee Mr. Rajeev Bhalla who initiated an engaging discussion on the role of logic, reasoning & decision making in our daily life and in education as well.
The session ended with a strong sense of motivation, collaboration, and commitment to making learning more practical, engaging, and future-ready for students.

Shri Ram Vidya Mandir's Storytelling Competition 2025: A Celebration of Imagination

Shri Ram Vidya Mandir, Shyampur, Haridwar, hosted its Inter-House Storytelling Competition on September 13, 2025. This event was a wonderful platform for our young learners to showcase their creative skills and build self-confidence.
The competition was divided into two categories: Classes I-II and Classes III-V. Our youngest participants charmed the audience with their innocent and expressive stories, while the older group impressed everyone with their fluency and presentation skills.
The panel of judges praised all participants for their efforts and ability to engage the audience. The performances truly reflected the students' talent and dedication.
The Inter-House Storytelling Competition 2025 was an enriching and memorable experience, fostering a spirit of joy and learning among all attendees.
