Formation of newly Elected Executive Members of Sanchaman Limboo Government College Alumni Association, Gyalshing.
Gyalshing 22nd May – The Sanchaman Limboo Government College, Gyalshing announced the formation of its newly elected Alumni Association executive members. A brief introductory meeting with Principal, Vice Principal, Joint Director (Administration), Dean of Students Affairs, Heads of Departments, and Faculty Members was held today in the Principal's Office.
Newly Elected Executive Members were namely:
• Pema Loda Lepcha – President
• Melina Sharma - Vice President-I
• Tek Bdr. Chettri- Vice President-II
• Aruna Chettri- General Secretary
• Asmin Sharma- Joint Secretary
• Kunta Sharma-Treasurer
• Executive Members- Rakesh Raisaily, Maita Hang S***a, Mahindra Rai, Ashwin Gurung, Esmita Tamang, Tshering Choden Bhutia, Samyoo Limboo, Jharna Subedi.
During the meeting, several key agenda items were discussed to guide the association’s activities for the upcoming year, including:
• Term Duration for the Executive Committee
• Enhancing Alumni Networks and Meetings
• Instituting Scholarships, Awards, and Prizes
• Maintaining Active Alumni Interaction
• Designing Programs for Societal Upliftment
• Book Drive Program
• Support for BPL Category Students
• Financial Literacy Programme
The Alumni Association looks forward to a productive year ahead, fostering strong connections between alumni and the college, and implementing initiatives for the betterment of society and the student body.
