अहमदाबाद में भाजपा ने 21 में 16 सीटें जीतीं
सूरत की 16 सीटों में 15
वडोदरा की 10 में से 9
राजकोट में 8 में से 6 सीटें।

यानी प्रदेश के चार बड़े शहरों की 55 सीटों में 46 भाजपा को मिली हैं।

अब घड़ी भर को इन चार शहरों को अलग रख कर देखें। तो
बाक़ी 127 सीटों में किसको क्या मिला -

भाजपा - 53
कांग्रेस - 71
अन्य को - 3

ज़ाहिर है, भाजपा की जीत महज़ चार शहरों की जीत है, समूचे गुजरात राज्य की तो नहीं।
