Rightly said by Einstein. Right now, for all of us education is the way of 'earning' more marks, getting better rank than 'Sharmaji ka ladka' and so on. If we emphasize on training our mind to think logically, then all the bits and pieces will fall in place.

Academia and academic health is something which we all worry about. Whether we are a parent, a sibling, a teacher or just a friend, we all worry about someone’s academic health. And why shouldn’t we, since academia serves as the foundation of a child’s career, and it is something which starts forming from a very young age. From taking a career counselling session when a student passes Xth standard, to taking a career call after they pass XII, a student’s mental state towards academia is tested in each and every phase.

Indian schooling scene has been the same for ages. Parents become home tutors till Standard VII, school teachers teach at school and home tutors take charge from Standard VII onwards. This is now aided with the entry of the new-gen self study startups like Byjus, Vedantu, Unacademy etc. The learning pattern has changes, the learning modes have changed, the syllabus has changed, but the core pattern of schooling remains unchanged. And with this, the backbone of a student’s formative academic health i.e. schools remain unchanged.

Coming back to academic health, it is a very important thing in a student’s career. Please don’t confuse academic health with something related to medical. It is simply a student’s overall academia right from his formative days. It is believed that a student can turn into a successful professional one day if his formative days are above average. I think so too.
