Today, the All Nyishi Students' Union Guwahati (ANSUG) successfully completed the submission and discussion of its memorandum before the Vice Chancellor. We are pleased to inform all students, supporters, and well-wishers that the Vice Chancellor has accepted all the points raised in our memorandum.

This achievement reflects the collective strength, unity, and determination of the student community. We sincerely thank every student, ANSUG executive member, supporter, and media representative who stood with us throughout this process.

This is not merely the acceptance of a memorandum; it is a significant step toward justice, accountability, and the protection of students' rights and dignity. We remain committed to ensuring that the assurances given are implemented effectively and in the best interest of the students.

ANSUG will continue to stand firmly for truth, justice, and student welfare whenever the need arises.

On dated *09/06/2026*, under the leadership of ANSUG President Mr. Rangno Jokhio, along with the Executive Members, visited Nemcare Hospital and successfully donated 4 units of blood for *Ms. Lokam Anu Techi*, a fire accident victim undergoing treatment.

Team ANSUG expresses its profound grief and heartfelt condolences on the passing of Lt. Dr. Lige Basar, Lt. Kunga Doima Basar, and Lt. Gemar Basar.

We are deeply saddened by this immense loss and extend our sincere sympathies to the entire Basar family during this difficult time🙏. The lives of the departed souls touched many hearts, and their memories will forever remain cherished by all who knew them.

It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of a tragic road accident that occurred at around *11:30 AM on 29/05/26 in the Assam Khetri area*, in which 3 Arunachali brothers and 1 sister lost their lives.

Our _General Secretary, Hibung Abo_, along with representatives from other Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), visited the GMC Hospital , where the bodies are currently being kept, and extended support and solidarity to the bereaved families during this difficult time.

As informed, the mortal remains will be transported to Arunachal Pradesh by tonight. Among the deceased, one belonged to Rupa and the other three were from Basar.

On behalf of ANSUG, we express our heartfelt condolences to the families, relatives, and friends of the departed souls. May the Almighty grant them strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss, and may the departed souls rest in eternal peace.

Team ANSUG would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our _Vice President(ANSUG) Nabam Dollu_, for his noble act of donating one unit of blood yesterday, i.e. on *16/05/2026*. Your kindness, humanity, and willingness to help others is truly commendable and an inspiration to us all.
