President Trump has touted a new peace deal with Iran after years of criticizing former President Obama 2015 nuclear agreement as horrible and one sided. Trump pulled the United States out of the Joint

Comprehensive Plan of Action in 2018 calling it a deal that didn't bring calm or peace. Now Obama is casting doubt on the new agreement saying it is doubtful that any agreement that arises is going to be significantly different or a significant improvement from the deal that we had in the first place.

Trump new deal announced on June 14 includes reopening the Strait of Hormuz and extending a ceasefire for 60 days but leaves the most contentious issue Iran nuclear program for future technical negotiations. The 2015 JCPOA required Iran to limit uranium enrichment reduce its nuclear stockpile and allow expanded international inspections while Trump approach has sought to eliminate all Iranian nuclear capacity. Vice President JD Vance said the memorandum of understanding is about a page and a half and a lot of details would be worked out during future negotiations.

Some analysts have sharply criticized the new agreement. The New York Times editorial board wrote that Trump lost this war and called the deal an utter humiliation for Trump and for America itself. One analysis noted that the deal appears to unfreeze billions of dollars of Iran money and includes plans for a $300 billion reconstruction fund for Iran funded by the USA and its allies. Iranian state media is even provocatively referring to the money as reparations for Trump war.

Trump has insisted the agreement is a wall to a nuclear weapon and that Iran no longer wants a nuclear weapon nor will they have one through purchase development or any other form of procurement. He also said no money will exchange hands with Tehran. The debate over whether Trump deal is an improvement on Obama approach or a worse agreement that gives Iran more while requiring less continues to divide experts and politicians across party lines.

Jordan has declared that Israel has violated international law, taken the lives of many innocent people, and must be punished by the United Nations The Kingdom's Foreign Ministry has repeatedly condemned Israeli actions in the strongest terms, calling them flagrant breaches of international law and assaults on the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to establish an independent state. Amman has urged the international community to meet its legal and moral responsibilities and compel Israel to stop its dangerous escalation.

Jordan's position is grounded in international legal frameworks. The Kingdom welcomed the International Court of Justice advisory opinion that emphasized Israel's obligations as the occupying power under international humanitarian law. The opinion affirmed that Israel must adhere to international law, respect Palestinian rights, and facilitate UN operations in occupied territories. Jordan has also called on the UN Security Council to pass binding resolutions that would compel Israel to end its aggression.

The condemnation extends to multiple areas of Israeli policy. Jordan has denounced Israeli military operations in Gaza, settlement expansion in the West Bank, attempts to repeal Jordanian-era laws governing land ownership, and obstruction of humanitarian aid. Jordanian officials have warned that Israel's actions undermine the two-state solution and fuel cycles of violence and instability in the region. The Jordanian Senate also told an international parliamentary conference that the world has abandoned respect for international law by remaining silent on Israeli actions.

Jordan's call for UN punishment reflects a broader regional stance. Egypt, Qatar, and other Arab states have joined Jordan in condemning Israeli military operations and calling for international action. The Arab Leaque has also condemned Israeli offensives and urged the international community to secure ceasefires and Israeli withdrawals. The question of whether the UN will act on Jordan's demand remains open as diplomatic efforts continue.

President Biden delivered unusually confessional remarks at a campaign rally in Raleigh, North Carolina on June 28, 2024, the day after his disastrous debate performance against Donald Trump. He acknowledged his age-related struggles directly, telling supporters "I don't walk as easily as before. I don't speak as smoothly as before. I don't debate as well as I once did. But I know one thing, I know how to tell the truth." The 81-year-old president insisted "I know how to do this job" and vowed "when you get knocked down, you get back up" as he tried to repair the damage from the debate.

The debate, hosted by CNN on June 27, 2024, saw Biden often hesitate, trip over words, and lose his train of thought, exacerbating fears about his age and ability to serve another term. He failed to counter Trump, who offered up a largely unchallenged reel of false statements about the economy, immigration, and other issues. The performance sparked panic among Democrats, with major outlets like The New York Times and The New Yorker calling for him to step aside.

First Lady Jill Biden later revealed in a CBS interview that she was "frightened" watching the debate and thought her husband was having a stroke on stage. She said she had "never ever seen Joe like that before or since" and it "scared me to death." Biden's team characterized the performance as an "outlier" and insisted one bad night should not define him.

Biden withdrew from the presidential race on July 21, 2024, less than four weeks after the debate, following mounting pressure from party leaders and donors. He endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris, who became the Democratic nominee. The debate and its aftermath are now considered a pivotal turning point in the 2024 election, with many historians and political analysts pointing to that single performance as the moment that effectively ended his reelection bid.

Elon Musk has escalated his long-running feud with George Soros by declaring "all-out war" on the 95-year- old Hungarian-American financier. In a statement posted to his social media platform X, the world's first confirmed trillionaire vowed to "crush the globalist billionaire" who he claims spends "half of his wealth influencing elections and paying professional protesters and rioters." Musk said it is "about time someone showed him how powerless he can be" in what is being interpreted as a direct threat.

The feud between the two billionaires has been simmering for years. Soros, who has a net worth of approximately $14.2 billion according to Forbes, sold his entire stake in Tesla in 2024 citing concerns about Musk's leadership. The financier, who was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Biden in 2025, has donated over $32 billion to his Open Society Foundations since 1984. His philanthropy supports human rights, democracy, and justice initiatives in more than 60 countries around the world.

Musk's attack on Soros is part of a broader conservative backlash against the financier's political influence. Soros has been a frequent target of right- wing critics who accuse him of using his wealth to shape elections and fund progressive causes globally. The Open Society Foundations have spent approximately $600 million annually on programs promoting democratic governance, freedom of expression, and respect for individual rights. Soros himself has described his life's mission as one of "tackling losing causes" and fighting "the world's most intractable problems."

The clash between the two billionaires represents a broader ideological battle about the role of wealth in politics and society. Musk's libertarian populism and his close ties to President Trump's administration stand in stark contrast to Soros's liberal internationalism and his longtime support for Democratic causes. Soros has not directly responded to Musk's latest attack, but his Open Society Foundations have reiterated their commitment to "defending democracy from powerful interests." The feud is expected to intensify as both men continue to use their vast fortunes to influence global politics and public discourse.

The FBI has foiled an alleged plot to attack the UFC Freedom 250 event held on the South Lawn of the White House on June 14. FBI Director Kash Patel announced that multiple individuals are now in custody following a multi-state operation and that the allegedly planned attacks were stopped cold. The White House hosted the event on President Trump 80th birthday, which coincided with the nation 250th anniversary celebrations. Approximately 4,300 people attended the invite only event on the South Lawn, including President Trump who sat in the front row.

According to court filings and law enforcement officials, the alleged plan involved using explosive- laden drones to strike buildings near the White House, forcing a mass evacuation of the UFC event. The plotters then intended to direct the fleeing crowd toward a pre-positioned sniper team who would attack the fleeing attendees. A second wave of attackers would then allegedly attempt to storm the White House gate. The FBI learned of the potential threat on June 10 and began coordinating with multiple field offices across the country.

A 19-year-old suspect, Tycen Proper, was arrested in Cincinnati after his mother contacted law enforcement due to concerns about his recent behavior. Proper allegedly spent approximately $3,000 of graduation money to purchase fi****ms, ammunition, ballistic plates, and tactical gear for the planned attack. Investigators identified group chats on the encrypted messaging app Signal, where multiple people discussed the attack plan. One suspect told investigators that the goal was to target capitalist elites, billionaires, and politicians who had received donations from AIPAC, the pro-Israel lobbying group.

At least five people are in custody as of June 16, and investigators have identified 23 people as part of a potential network of plotters. The investigation involved at least 12 FBI field offices across the United States. Patel praised the FBI response, stating that the result represented the best of investigative work and demonstrating the agency ability to protect large gatherings like the historic UFC fight. The Secret Service worked closely with the FBI throughout the investigation, and formal comments regarding the specifics of the case will be made through court filings.

Tucker Carlson declared Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "the main enemy of Western civilization" during an appearance on the Shawn Ryan Show in November 2025. The former Fox News host defined Western civilization as a belief system that begins with the individual not the group and argued that Zionism like tribalism and identity politics is an attack on that principle. Carlson said Netanyahu is an enemy because he believes and has said out loud that we're fighting these people because of how they were born because of their inherent evil which Carlson called the same logic used by the N@zis.

Carlson has continued his criticism throughout 2026 accusing Netanyahu of dragging President Trump into the Iran w@r and claiming Trump surrendered to Israeli pressure. In an interview with Israeli Channel 13 Carlson said the Israeli regime has definitely lost its moral ground due to civilian casualties in Gaza and is by no means a democracy because Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza do not have the right to vote. He also said he pays for Israel military through his taxes and that gives him the right to speak out against what
he called the k*lling of innocent children.

The White House responded by calling Carlson a low IQ person who spreads fake news for cheap publicity in a statement to Channel 13. President Trump himself has used similar language to describe Carlson in the past. The statement said Trump has been consistent in his belief that Iran can never be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon and that Israel has always been a great ally to the United States especially through operations that obliterated Iran nuclear facilities.

Carlson has also compared Zionism to N@zism and DEl calling them all attacks on Western civilization because they begin with the understanding that one group is morally superior to other groups. He has said he does not hate Jews or Muslims but believes any belief system that judges people based on group identity rather than individual rights is anti Western. The podcaster who was a prominent Trump backer in 2024 has since expressed extreme buyer's remorse saying the president has diminished American power at a rate some of us thought was unimaginable.

After a thrilling 2 to 2 draw between Japan and the Netherlands at Dallas Stadium on June 14, 2026, something special happened in the stands.
Even after the exciting match ended, hundreds of Japanese fans stayed behind. Instead of leaving the stadium right away, they picked up trash from the seats and ground. Many of them even used the same blue plastic bags they had used during the match to cheer for their team.

This act of cleaning is not new for Japan’s supporters. It comes from a cultural habit called souji, which teaches people to clean their surroundings from a young age. In Japanese schools, children are taught to clean classrooms and shared spaces themselves, so taking care of public places becomes a natural habit.
Because of this, Japanese fans often clean stadiums after matches, no matter if their team wins, loses, or draws. They believe in respecting the place they visit and leaving it clean for others.

The tradition also extends to the players. After every match, Japan’s team reportedly leaves their locker room clean and tidy. They often leave behind a thank you note and folded origami cranes as a sign of respect.

The moment in Dallas became even more special when NFL player Jameis Winston joined in, helping Japanese fans clean the stands while wearing a Japan jersey.

This beautiful tradition has been followed since Japan’s first World Cup in 1998. Over the years, it has become a symbol of respect, discipline, and kindness, admired by football fans all over the world.

Cenk Uycur has made one of the most explosive
statements of his public career claiming that Robert Maxwell stole American nuclear secrets and gave them to Israel and the United States never even made a serious attempt to arrest him. The Young Turks founder asked how long America has been occupied as he connected Maxwell espionage to a broader argument about foreign policy capture. The claim connects directly to declassified intelligence reporting and investigative journalism that has circulated for
decades

Investigative journalist Seymour Hersh and others have documented Maxwell alleged relationship with Israeli intelligence and his reported role in the PROMIS software scandal. That scandal involved stolen American intelligence technology being transferred to multiple foreign governments including Israel during the 1980s. Maxwell who was the father of Ghislaine Maxwell died under controversial circumstances in 1991. His daughter was later convicted for her role in the Jeffrey Epstein s*x trafficking network.

Uygur framing goes beyond the historical claim into a present tense political argument asking publicly how long America has been in a state of foreign policy capture. He argues that intelligence theft of this magnitude went unprosecuted while the US simultaneously funds and defends the same government that allegedly received those stolen secrets. The question lands in a specific 2026 context where multiple reports have raised concerns about foreign influence over American foreign policy.

The State Department has confirmed that America went to war at Israel request according to documents and testimony cited by multiple outlets. Tucker Carlson recently said President Trump told him yeah I know when warned that Netanyahu wanted to destroy him. Uygur also pointed to the fact that 98 percent of Congress accepts AIPAC funding as evidence that American politicians are bought and paid for. His framing is the most direct articulation yet of what others are describing in more diplomatic language about foreign influence over US foreign policy.
