If Sales is the only source of high income for your life, would you not commit to learn it?

If you are having a sales Job, then its your prime duties that you deliver on target. Not just for the oganisation you serve, but for yourself as well.

Growth is Inclusive, not exclusive. You help company grow, as result you grow. Alone you cannot.

If you're failing to deliver on the target on consistent, then you are lacking in the skill. Then your primary job is to acquire the skills. Your Sales skill.

Yes! Sales skill is transferable.

If you don't have the skill then you feel pressure and stressed.

The people who love their job, they work for the longest hours, because they are aware of its deep technicalities, and so the word 'Stress' and 'Pressure' is alien to them. They never say they are stressed or pressured even after working for 18 hours.

If you don't like your job, then you cannot grow.
There is no success in the work you don't like.

But if money is the only motivation, for which you are doing, then cordial relation is highly significant.

You might not like it initially, but you can try. the moment you change your mind, you start liking it. Then you see the growth start pouring in.

It all starts from changing your mind.

Remember, you don't like your job, because you don't know its technicalities. The moment you start understanding, the situation changes.

Its like when you hate sale, because you don't know how to do it.

I remember when i was in my first Sales job, I had no sales skill, no proper knowledge, nothing, except the hunger that i want to learn and grow.


At that time, in my knowledge, there was no training courses, no sales trainer, no institute to teach sales, etc, everyone had to learn by experience.


But i had to achieve my sales target any how, and consistent failing to do so would result in expulsion from the company.


It was my first job out of home state, and I got it after I got MBA, before that I was a failure. MBA was my father's biggest investment of all his hard-work and respect he earned in his lifetime. So i was terrified that if I fail in this first job, will result in failure of my father, which i didn't want to happen.


Everyday the news and rumours of somebody's expulsion and shouting and crying of managers was echoing in my mind, and that was how my everyday used to pass, a kind of horror each day for me in my mind, that if i couldn't produce any result, what would happen!


But with all courage i gathered, i started working, thinking let me do the work first, later on i will see what will happen. But let me work now and try to produce result before my manager dictates me.


So I started working, with such fear, my voice and hands and body would tremble, my pitch was worst, and nothing was perfect. But, as i would do more calling, i would gain some confidence and perfection in pitch and gradually result started coming.


When i got my first sale, I couldn't believe that it was done by me. Gradually the result started flowing. I was feeling ecstatic. My managers recognised me as an assets and started giving more attention and support.


The reason I shared my story, in the hope that you might get some inspiration, from the action i took in my circumstances.
The following things I did overcome my worries:

1. I figured out what was worrying me.
2. Then I figured out what I can do about it.( In my case, I just had to do my job which was assigned)
3. And then started working on it.


This is what scriptured in Bhagwad Gita as well "karam karo, fal ki chinta mat karo."

last couple of days i was busy creating a course for interview preparation specially for students who want to get into the corporate for their dream job.

The problem they generally face is their unawareness and ignorance of their self. They have deep knowledge of what they are given in college, but beyond that only few are capable.

keeping aside the premier institute, which are handful of them, where the students are up-to-date. The majority of the students has to undergo the victimization of ignorance and unawareness. Fortunately the situations are changing gradually.

To tackle this the topic i have covered in the course i would like to share:
1. An impactful self introduction
2. The right attitude and how to develop
3. Commitment to self and others
4. Auxiliary Precaution and preparation before going for the interview.
5. A good communication skill

These 5 topic covers majority of the problem of a students who don't know anything about interview. This will help him/her become confident for any kind of interview with higher chances of cracking it in first attempt.

How valuable are you?

I have a sister, who is mentally re****ed, and can’t speak and express. She needs every kind of support right from the moment she wakes up in the morning till the time she retires in bed. At every task she needs direction, or she will make it a mess. But keeping aside all these, she was very caring and generous. She has a different vibration in her. She always emitted happiness, smile and laugh. When you’re with her, you’ll have happiness and smile. If the situation is tense, then she will be the first to cry and show her emotion and care for you.

But Alas, a few days ago, somehow she went out of the house, and she couldn’t come back. We have been searching her all the nearby places, and even reported a case to the Bhangagarh Police Station as well. But all in vain.

When at home, she was a mess, but in her absence, it is more of a mess. It is now I evidently learnt that people’s importance is realised only in their absence.

Our efforts are continuous, and we are trying different means to reach out to her and rescue.
