The pandemic sweeping the world, working from home, Zoom and Google calls seemed to be the new norm. Even in today’s digital world, the benefits of face-to-face meetings cannot be replaced by virtual meetings. With the travel restrictions being eased off, our Business Heads, from India and abroad, gathered in Kolkata after a hiatus of more than 2 years, for a focused and productive meeting.
Mohit Sanganeria, Brand Head of Futures First Jaipur, participated in the event and here’s his overview of the meeting: “For the last 2 years, we had meetings online but nothing can beat a face-to-face interaction with your colleagues across the globe. It’s more fun and productive. Discussions took place during coffee breaks or fancy dinners. It’s always humbling to see the talent and experience across the table. As always, behind all our brainstorming moto, was to think long term and build a company that will last 100 years."

With easing of restrictions, there’s nothing more appealing than a weekend getaway. Our teams from Futures First Gurgaon and Jaipur recently embarked into trips, to have some time off to unwind.
From the golden sand of Goa to the soothing escape at Achrol Village in Jaipur, the group indulged in relaxation, fun and healthy bonding. As one of the team members shared, ‘being from the 2020 batch, it was our first weekend outing experience. It was a refreshing and fun-filled time, in the company of great people – a much awaited breather.’
