We present to you Ankit Aggarwal, Founder & CEO of Unstop platform(formerly Dare2Compete) as one of our speakers in the HR Conclave 8.0 offline panel discussion. He has also worked as Director of Technology & Organizational Effectiveness for ‘Teach For India’. Ankit has done his MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and a Leadership Management Programme from Harvard Business school.

Introducing Poonam Bharti, a stellar HR professional with more than 25 years of experience in Strategic HR and Operations HR. She is currently serving as the Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at Shriram Piston & Rings. Her experience has encompassed multiple industries such as automation, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, IT services, etc. She has also built her presence in the industry while serving at multiple organizations such as Wanbury Limited, McCormick & Company, and Sun Pharmaceuticals amongst others. She is also an alumna of TATA Institute of Social Sciences, with a degree in MA - Human Resources.

It is with great pleasure we present to you, Mr. Varun Singh, Director for Global Business Integration (Strategy & Planning) at American Express. He is a seasoned industry leader having over 13 years of experience in Fintech, automation and robotics, Strategy and Planning, Client Implementations and Servicing. He is also the member of PRIDE+ Network Global Committee (APAC Liaison) that is responsible for inclusive policy and infrastructure creation / ex*****on.

Mr. Varun has completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Army Institute of Technology, Pune.

We Present to you, Mr. Rajeev Bhadauria, an eminent personality having an illustrious career spanning for more than 28 years. He is the founder of Ebullient consultancy that focuses on redefining leading and learning paradigms. He is also the co-founder of TRANSFORM, a youth social networking platform that provides relevant information in a process-based manner and connects youth learning choices to work opportunities.
Mr. Rajeev holds two Bachelors of Law and arts from the University of Allahabad as well as a postgrad in personnel management and industry relations.

Presenting our speaker, Kanika Tewari, Founder of GoDiverse and Workshop Curator at Destination Boardroom. She brings with her extensive experience across multiple organizations encompassing diverse domains. With GoDiverse, she is working towards creating inclusionary leaders for tomorrow. She is also working towards developing high-potential women leaders across industries through Destination Boardroom. She also mentors young women professionals through the Cherie Blaire Foundation. She has also conducted insightful research into areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, Gender Intelligence, Talent Management, etc. Kanika also conducts guest lectures at prominent B-schools such as MDI Gurgaon and IIFT Delhi.

He is the recipient of the Rabindranath Tagore Literary Prize for Social Achievement and the prestigious Bharat Gaurav Samaan given by the Ministry of Culture at The House of Lords, London, UK. The renowned 'Dance Today' Magazine, USA, rates Sandip as one of the '100 most influential dancers in the world.

We are enthralled to host Mr. Sandeep and are really looking forward to learn from his experience in art and how that can be leveraged and applied by us MBA students in our day to day lives.

Introducing Shea Gopaul, one of our speakers in the HR Conclave 8.0. She is a special representative to the United Nations in New York. She is also the founder and former executive director of the Global Apparenticeship Network. She is also a recepient of honorary doctorate in humane letters.
