Remmember this cool kid? He just complete his 12th and now got enrolled him into BCA course in a reputed Sushant University, Gurgaon…..and we are so proud that he is looking to learn more about computer applications.

We just learnt that having a laptop would be important for him to carry on stidies and if you come acorss anyone who has a spare to upcycle or like to sponsor one then do let us know.

Dear Oorja family,

its been long time we communicated.

While Manika is on her heavenly journey, we are carrying wtih Oorja in the background. Of course not having Manika around has impacted the scale but we are hopeful to carry on the baton and do something meaningful through Oorja.

We continue to enroll lesser privileged kids into the formal private schools where they can get better education.

We have two kids from same family who require support:

karan is in 3rd and Arjun is getting into 1st. If you like to support one or both, do let us know. Yearly Fees per child is approx. INR 45,000 and to be paid directly to the school.

अजीब है
अटपटी है
पर बात जरूरी है...

जानती हूं तू भी सेहमा सेहमा सा है
हवा ही कुछ ऐसी है...
कही खो ही गई वो बेपरवाह हंसी है!

पर सुन मेरी इक फरियाद,
याद रखना यह कई... कई साल बाद...

शुक्र है इन सासों का
जो मुझे और मेरे अपनो को संभाले हैं
वरना हालत तो कुछ और ही थे...
कहा देर लगती है इन्हे उखड़ने में
शायद कभी...कहीं...कुछ कर्म किए नेक थे।
शुक्र गुजार हूं की हर सुबह
चाय की प्याली खड़कती है अपनो के साथ...
वरना टूटे... छूटे... रिश्ते तो हर जगह बिखरे थे।

वक्त का चक्का कुछ ऐसा घूमा
सबक कमाल का दे गया ...
जो हम यू ही जीये जा रहे थे,
ये झखजोर के... ज़ोर से....कान में कुछ धीरे से कह गया।

ज़िदगी तुम पर देन है
तुम्हारा हक नही
आभार करो...
अवमान नही!

खुशियां ढूंढी नहीं
बनाई जाती हैं...
यह तो नानी माॅ की वो रोटी है
जो तपते तंदूर में
गीले हाथों से
लपट पलट के
महकती हुई
मुलायम मख्खन के साथ
ठंडे फर्श पे बैठ खाई जाती हैं !!

फिर हालात चाहे तंदूर से तपते क्यों न हो
यह ध्यान रहे
तुम्हारे हाथ गीले,
और मन में खुशी की भूख के शोले...
कभी नम ना हो!
