Stepping beyond textbooks and into the halls of justice ⚖️

Law students from the School of Law, The NorthCap University, visited the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Delhi High Court, for an immersive learning experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

From witnessing live arbitration proceedings to interacting with advocates and arbitrators, students gained first-hand exposure to how modern dispute resolution works in practice - understanding key principles like confidentiality, neutrality, and procedural fairness.

The visit also gave students an inside look at DIAC’s professional environment and institutional framework, helping bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world legal practice.

Organised under the NCU ADR Cell and coordinated by Dr. Unanza Gulzar and Dr. Madhuri D. Kharat, the visit reflects NCU’s commitment to experiential legal education and industry exposure.

Today’s Admissions Open House witnessed an overwhelming response as students and parents explored the NCU campus, experienced our advanced learning spaces, and engaged with HODs.

Conversations focused on our industry-aligned curriculum, emerging specialisations, and future-ready academic approach. Attendees also benefited from personalised counselling sessions, gaining guidance on programmes, career pathways, and academic opportunities best suited to their aspirations.
