As part of Mental Health Awareness & Cyber Safety Week, students attended an engaging panel discussion on the theme “Empowering Digital Choices with the Right Guidance.” The session, held at TSRS Moulsari, was moderated by alumni Raseel Arora and featured distinguished panellists Karan Chandhiok, Rajeev Verma, and Pramit Rastogi, who brought valuable perspectives from the fields of law, technology, and psychology.
The discussion encouraged students to reflect on the impact of social media, gaming, algorithms, and AI on attention spans, identity formation, emotional wellbeing, and decision-making. Thought-provoking conversations around doomscrolling, digital footprints, online privacy, deepfakes, and responsible digital behaviour highlighted the importance of making informed and mindful choices online. Students were also encouraged to think critically before posting or forwarding content, recognise how algorithms influence what they consume, and maintain a healthy balance between their online and offline lives.
The session served as a meaningful reminder that while technology offers immense opportunities, mindful and balanced engagement is essential for safeguarding wellbeing, relationships, and authentic human connection.

Namaste. We are immensely proud to share that Fateh Jahaan Singh Dhaliwal, a student of IB2 at TSRS Moulsari, was part of a historic Guinness World Record–setting event on May 3rd, 2026, at Swaraj Dweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
As a member of a team of 160 trained divers, he contributed to successfully unfurling a 60×40 metre Indian National Flag underwater at Radhanagar Beach — the largest national flag ever unfurled underwater. What makes this accomplishment even more remarkable is that Fateh Jahaan Singh Dhaliwal was among the youngest participants, at just 16 years old.
Organised by the Andaman and Nicobar Administration, this feat was the result of days of intensive training, discipline, and teamwork—values we deeply cherish at TSRS.
Congratulations, Fateh, on this extraordinary achievement!
