Earth Day (22nd April) is an annual celebration that honors the achievements of the environmental movement and raises awareness of the need to protect Earth’s natural resources for future generations. Contributing to the same thought Greenwood Public School celebrated Earth Week, where in students from all levels participated with full zest and zeal.
Students were involved in variety of activities throughout the week like Plantation and Seed Germination Activity, Slogan writing, Wall hanging making, Book Mark and Badge making etc. A special Assembly and an Environment Awareness Rally was also organized, spreading the message to save the Earth with slogan – Reuse, Reduce, Recycle and preserve the ‘Green Planet’.
Our honorable chairperson Maam & Principal Maam motivated and enriched the young minds with the ideas & practical ways to contribute and save Mother Earth.

Orange is the happiest colour and makes you feel energetic and enthusiastic !!

The school celebrated Orange Colour Day in February 2023 to emphasize the importance of the colour. All the children were dressed in different shades of orange and enjoyed enthusiastically in different activities.
