The Creative School of Maths and Music We encourage students to develop skills in maths and music and nurture creativity Dr. Saugata Ghosh has done his Ph.d. Pilani.

from JNU and worked as a lecturer of Physics at B.I.T.S. Then he went abroad where he was engaged in research on Random Matrix Theory. His discoveries are in his book Skew-Orthogonal Polynomials and Random Matrix Theory (http://www.ams.org/bookstore-getitem/item=CRMM-28). After coming back to India, he and a classical violinist Raja Singh started The Creative School. They have tried to teach in a different way by encouraging students to develop their own skills instead of giving long tiresome (and often sleep inducing) lectures. Now students of The Creative School are scattered across the globe and doing well in their respective fields. And whats most important, they approach academics fearlessly and enjoy what they are doing.
