Ryan International School, Noida Extension organised the Ryan Solo Dance Competition – “Ryan Rising Stars” for Classes I and II. 🎉🏫

Red Colour Day was joyfully celebrated on Friday, 24th April 2026, at Ryan International School, Noida Extension. The Montessori tiny tots came dressed in vibrant red attire and brought red-coloured objects, adding excitement to the day. The girls confidently walked on the red carpet, making the celebration even more special.
Students actively participated in fun activities—M1 children did finger painting on an apple, M2 children enjoyed tearing and pasting on a watermelon, and M3 children showcased their creativity through drawing and colouring. The day was full of joy, creativity, and meaningful learning as children explored and reinforced the concept of the colour red.

Ms. Poonam conducted an enriching and well-structured workshop on communication skills, during which she organized a variety of engaging activities. She emphasized the importance of effective communication, particularly while interacting with children, and highlighted key aspects that educators should keep in mind to ensure clarity, empathy, and a positive impact.
The session was both insightful and interactive, making it a valuable learning experience for all. Our teachers actively participated in the workshop, contributing to its lively and collaborative atmosphere. The programme concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered.

On the occasion of Earth Day, Ryan International School, Noida Extension had the privilege of hosting Vikrant Tongad, an inspiring environmentalist and founder of SAFE, for an interactive session with students.

Students enthusiastically engaged with him, asking about his journey and what inspired his impactful work. He shared how real-life environmental challenges motivated him and spoke about the Miyawaki Method, which influenced his efforts in creating dense urban forests.

He also highlighted his remarkable initiative in Greater Noida, where a dumpsite was transformed into a green space, showcasing the power of community action.

The session was truly inspiring, encouraging students to take responsibility and contribute towards a greener and more sustainable future. 🌱

*📚 Celebrating Stories, Voices & Imagination: World Book Day 2026*

On *24th April 2026*, *Ryan International School, Noida Extension* enthusiastically celebrated *World Book Day* for *Classes VI–VIII* under the theme of *Education*. The highlight of the day was the *Inter- Book Reviewing Competition*, where students selected their favourite books and presented structured reviews. They shared key elements of the story, expressed their personal reflections, and spoke about the impact the book had on them, creating a vibrant academic atmosphere across respective classrooms.

The activity encouraged students, to confidently articulate their thoughts with clarity and creativity. They demonstrated thoughtful word choices, expressive communication, and strong presentation skills. Each review reflected not just understanding of the content but also a personal connection with the book, making the session both engaging and intellectually stimulating.

Beyond competition, the event successfully nurtured *critical thinking, communication skills, and a deeper appreciation for reading**. Students also acknowledged the sources of their books—be it gifts, school library resources, or recommendations from friends—promoting gratitude and respect for learning resources. The celebration turned into a meaningful experience, reinforcing the joy of reading while building confidence and expressive abilities among learners.
