Students and faculty members from the School of Liberal Education and School of Languages embarked on an enriching Educational Visit to SRCM Heartfulness, Shri Ram Chandra Mission, Salapur Rd, Sector 21E, Palam Farms, Gurugram, Delhi on Friday, March 21, 2025.

The students had the opportunity to experience the simple yet transformative practice of Heartfulness Meditation, fostering inner calm, clarity, and balance. 🌿🕊️

The visit not only offered insights into mindfulness and wellness but also encouraged a deeper connection with self-awareness and holistic living. 💫

B.A. English Students Dive into Culture, History, and Collaboration at India International Centre

On 21st March 2025, B.A. English students from the Department of English, School of Languages, Galgotias University, visited the India International Centre (IIC) Annex, New Delhi, for an immersive academic and cultural experience. The visit began with a curated walkthrough of the exhibition Visualising the Oral Tradition hosted by Loksutr, where students engaged with Gond tribal art. A dedicated guide shared insights into the Pradhan Gond tradition, exploring how oral storytelling intertwines with symbolic visual art forms, offering students a unique perspective on indigenous expression and narrative structures.

The visit continued with a historical walk to Lodhi Garden monuments, where students discussed architectural heritage and the cultural history of Delhi. This was followed by thoughtfully designed team-building activities, encouraging collaboration, dialogue, and shared learning beyond the classroom. The initiative provided a holistic platform for experiential learning, critical engagement, and peer interaction.
