Khan an Alumnus of BBA 2002-2005 batch of IMS Ghaziabad, is a seasoned banking and financial services leader with over 16 years of global experience in operations, client servicing, quality management and process improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of the GBR Local Control Tower at Société Générale, London, he drives operational excellence through strategic governance, workflow optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Highly skilled in Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, KYC periodic reviews, and performance analysis, Islahuddin is passionate about building efficient processes that deliver consistent results. He’s led cross-functional teams, managed complex review cycles, and championed quality across international team
Beyond the numbers, he’s committed to mentoring, continuous learning, and community engagement — bringing insight, integrity, and innovation to every challenge.
