I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad takes immense pride in sharing the inspiring words of our esteemed alumnus Mr. Amar Mishra from PGDM Batch 2004-2006, Director at Devprayag Associates LLP.

In his heartfelt message, Mr. Mishra describes his two years at I.T.S as a fantastic journey and a major turning point in his life. He expresses his gratitude to the faculty and the institution for providing learnings that go far beyond graduation and truly prepare students for the corporate world.

Even after 20 years, he fondly remembers and applies the values, knowledge and practical learning gained at the campus, which laid a strong foundation for his successful corporate journey.

Day 5: NEP Orientation and Sensitization Programme✨

Ramanujan College, University of Delhi in collaboration with I.T.S School of Management, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad is organizing Day 5 of the NEP: Orientation and Sensitization Programme on 21st August 2026 under the aegis of the University Grants Commission – Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme.

The day will focus on two significant themes of the National Education Policy 2020 that will contribute to making higher education more skill-oriented and socially relevant.

Session 1: Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, and Industry-Institution Collaboration
The session will be delivered by Dr. Pavnesh Kumar, Professor, IGNOU.

Session 2: Higher Education and Society
The session will be conducted by Dr. Ritu Narang, Professor, Department of Management, University of Lucknow.

Day 5 will further strengthen the dialogue on implementation of NEP 2020 and will equip faculty members with perspectives to align teaching and institutional practices with the goals of the policy.

Day 4: NEP Orientation & Sensitization Programme✨

Ramanujan College, University of Delhi in collaboration with I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad is organizing Day 4 of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme on 20th August 2026 under the aegis of the University Grants Commission.

The sessions on Day 4 will focus on key themes of NEP 2020 related to holistic education, Indian Knowledge System, and institutional flexibility.

Session 1: Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education: Indian Knowledge System and Multilingualism
Resource Person: Prof. Narendra Mishra, Professor, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
In this session, Prof. Mishra will discuss the integration of Indian Knowledge Systems into higher education. He will highlight the importance of multilingualism, multidisciplinary learning, and connecting traditional knowledge with modern pedagogy. Faculty will explore ways to design curricula that promote cultural understanding, critical thinking, and inclusivity in classrooms.

Session 2: Autonomy of the Institution and Choice to the Students
Resource Person: Dr. Venkataiah Chittipaka, Associate Professor, University of Hyderabad
Dr. Chittipaka will address the role of institutional autonomy in implementing NEP 2020. He will talk about academic and administrative flexibility, providing students with more choices in courses and learning pathways, and the need for outcome-based education. The discussion will focus on how institutions can innovate while ensuring quality and accountability.

Day 4 will provide faculty participants with insights and strategies to align teaching practices with the goals of NEP 2020 for a more holistic, flexible, and student-centric education system.

I.T.S School of Management organized an Azislay.ai Workshop for the PGDM 2026–28 batch on 19 August 2026. The primary objective was to enhance students’ employability and prepare them for the evolving requirements of campus placements.

The session focused on developing practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), business applications, and emerging digital tools that are increasingly relevant across managerial roles.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Priyank Jain from Azislay.ai, accompanied by two recently placed students who shared their experiences and testimonials. Their interaction gave students practical insights into the importance of industry-oriented learning, skill development, and AI proficiency in strengthening placement readiness.

Key Highlights of the Session:
1. Introduction to the 15-Day Live Project and 30-Hour AI Training Programme.
2. Hands-on exposure to AI tools and CRM systems and their applications in business and management functions
3. Guidance on how to effectively use and train AI tools for various professional requirements
4. Emphasis on AI-enabled skills, problem-solving, and technology readiness for the contemporary corporate environment
5. Information on certification opportunities, certificates of appreciation, and recognition/gifts for top-performing students

Overall, the workshop served as an important placement-readiness initiative. The integration of AI training, live project exposure, CRM applications, and performance-based recognition is expected to significantly contribute to students’ professional preparedness, employability, and confidence for upcoming placement opportunities.

Day 3 of the NEP: Orientation & Sensitization Programme will be organized on 19th August 2026 by Ramanujan College, University of Delhi in collaboration with I.T.S School of Management, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, under the aegis of the University Grants Commission - Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme.

The day will focus on two key themes aligned with NEP 2020: strengthening research and innovation, and promoting equity and inclusivity in higher education.

Session 1: Research, Innovation and IPR
The first session will be conducted by Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Professor, IIIDEM and Head, Centre for Research and Innovation.
Dr. Sharma will share insights on the role of research and innovation in nation-building. He will discuss how NEP 2020 envisions multidisciplinary research, institutional autonomy, and robust IPR frameworks. The session will also highlight practical approaches for faculty to integrate research culture and innovation-driven pedagogy to contribute to a knowledge-based economy.

Session 2: Equity, Inclusivity and Gender Sensitisation for Academic Excellence
The second session will be led by Dr. Kiran Chaudhary, Professor, Department of Commerce, Shivaji College, University of Delhi.
Dr. Chaudhary will emphasize the importance of equity, inclusivity, and gender sensitization in achieving academic excellence. She will discuss strategies to create safe, diverse, and inclusive learning spaces in alignment with NEP 2020’s vision of equitable access to quality education for all.

The sessions will be interactive, providing faculty members with practical perspectives to implement NEP 2020 principles in their teaching practices.

Day 3 will conclude with a renewed commitment from educators to align pedagogy with NEP 2020’s core values of research, innovation, equity, and inclusivity.

This initiative by Ramanujan College (NAAC A++ Accredited) and I.T.S School of Management (NBA Accredited, AIU Equivalence to MBA) reflects a shared commitment to empowering educators for transformative education.

Day 2: NEP Orientation & Sensitization Programme under Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme✨

Ramanujan College, University of Delhi (Accredited Grade ‘A++’ by NAAC), in collaboration with I.T.S School of Management, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, will be organizing Day 2 of the NEP: Orientation & Sensitization Programme under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme on 18th August 2026. The programme will be conducted under the aegis of the University Grants Commission.

The day will feature two insightful sessions focused on contemporary teaching practices aligned with NEP 2020.

The first session will be delivered by Dr. Manish Kr Srivastava, Professor (Marketing), School of Business and Management, Christ University, Bangalore Campus. He will address Innovative teaching and learning methodologies including Blended learning, Flipped classroom and experiential learning. The discussion will emphasize practical strategies for making classrooms more engaging, student-centric, and aligned with 21st-century skills.

The second session will be conducted by Prof (Dr.) V.B Singh, Professor, Jawaharlal Nehru University. He will speak on Outcome-based education, AI-powered smart teaching and assessment reforms. The session will highlight how technology and outcome-focused frameworks can enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

The sessions will be interactive and will provide faculty participants with actionable insights to integrate NEP 2020 principles into their teaching practices.

Industrial Visit to Coca-Cola Happiness Factory, Greater Noida✨

I.T.S School of Management, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad organized a two-day Industry Visit to Coca-Cola Happiness Factory, Moon Beverages Ltd., Greater Noida for the students of 30th batch of PGDM 2026-28 as a part of the Orientation Program “ASPIRATIONS 2026”.

The visits were conducted on 13th August 2026 and 14th August 2026 for different sections of the batch.

During the visit, students were welcomed by the plant staff and briefed about the history of The Coca-Cola Company and its product portfolio. An introductory video was screened followed by an interactive discussion where students’ queries were addressed. The plant expert explained the manufacturing process of various beverages in detail. Students were also taken inside the plant to observe the operational production setup and understand how different beverages are manufactured and marketed.

The visit provided students with valuable practical exposure to industry operations.
