A unique method of spoken English is to watch Hindi movies to silent the sound of movies and read subtitles only...it will take your time to generate the thought of the story, but guys sure it will make you understand the basics of English language.
You simply start doing this by watching short stories with subtitles. If your basic funda is clear not grammar then you can speak out in English easily. A few points u need to know about it.
1. English is not based on grammar, it's based on tricks only.
2. For spoken English environment is the armour of it.
3. No one will come to create the environment, you will have to create it by yourself.
4. No matter, what you speak, the matter is how you speak.
5. Everyone laughs at your learning language. But when you are master all praise you silently.

Writing is a weapon to make you understand and think about speaking English. It is better if, you write at least 500 words daily in your notebook or digitally. Clear your mind while writing and, dont think about grammatical mistakes. Once you start writing down, automatically all the grammatical barriers will disappear. Choose the topic in which you are interested. Don't let anyone think about you. Be positive and keep practicing. Cause no one will help you if you would be an underlining person.

Suppose you are FREE and only thinking to start speaking in English. So the Best time is 12 PM to 3 PM and 10 PM to 12 AM. Cause the same time, most of the FREED people keep talking to their Friends and Family. They can invest this time in some concrete thing. In this way, two acts can be targeted at one time. 1st practice of spoken English. 2nd talking. So, do your daily activities connecting with some useful things.

Don't read newspapers, Articles, Novels, etc. if you are a beginner of speaking English. The technic of learning is to watch English movies with Hindi subtitles or watch Hindi movies with English subtitles. At least do for 15 to 20 days. Your 5 percent English will be improved. "Because English is not based on Grammar. it's based on Tricks only".

Don't think a lot once you start speaking in English, cause once you start thinking about your grammatical mistakes, you will not able to speak out well. Daily keep practising. Doesn't matter you speaking well or not. Cause the other one also must have started learning from somewhere sometime.

Who says spoken English is not a tough task... Yaaa... definitely, but for those who think it's a tough task.
