Successfully Concluded: Under-19 Inter School Basketball Tournament, Gaya

The three-day Under-19 Inter School Basketball Tournament, organized by Gaya District Basketball Association in collaboration with Manav Bharti National School, concluded on April 14, 2026, at the school campus.

The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation and impressive performances from young athletes across both categories.

Boys Category – Magadh Super
Girls Category – Crane Gaya

The event provided a great platform for budding players to showcase their talent and competitive spirit.

Inter-School Basketball Championship Kicks Off at Manav Bharti National School

Gaya Ji witnessed an energetic start to the Under-19 Inter School Basketball Championship at the campus of Manav Bharti National School, Kendui. The two-day tournament is being hosted in collaboration with the District Basketball Association, Gaya Ji, bringing together 27 CBSE-affiliated school teams from across the district.

The event was formally inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony by Chairman Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Principal Dr. Nutan Singh, and District Basketball Association President Sarwar Ali.

Basketball coaches and other dignitaries from the sports community were also present. Guests were warmly welcomed and honored with mementos by the Hosts.

The championship has drawn enthusiastic participation:

Boys category: 15 teams competing with full spirit
Girls category: 12 teams showcasing their talent on court

Addressing the players, Chairman Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh emphasized that sports play a crucial role not just in physical fitness but also in building discipline and teamwork. Principal Dr. Nutan Singh highlighted the school’s commitment to holistic development, encouraging students to excel both academically and in sports.

The opening day saw high-energy matches, with players displaying impressive dribbling and shooting skills, keeping the audience fully engaged. Matches continued till the evening under the supervision of referees appointed by the District Basketball Association.

A Calm Mind is a Powerful Mind

Our school hosted a Sahaja Yoga Meditation Workshop from 8th to 10th April 2026.

Students actively participated and truly enjoyed the sessions, learning simple techniques for peace, focus, and positivity.

Healthy Smiles, Bright Futures

Today, Manav Bharti National School, Kendui, in proud collaboration with the Indian Dental Association (IDA), Gaya Branch, organized a mega Dental Health Camp.

Over 1000 students underwent comprehensive oral health screenings today. Our young learners also participated in interactive sessions on maintaining oral hygiene and the importance of a healthy smile.

We successfully organized a Traffic Awareness Program today to educate our students on the vital importance of road safety and traffic regulations.

The dignitaries were warmly welcomed and honored by our Director, Shri Sanjay Singh, along with Dr Nutan Singh,Shri Anand Kumar Singh and Dr. Tejaswi Singh.

During the session, students gained valuable insights into helmet and seatbelt safety, traffic signals, and responsible road behavior.
Our Director, Shri Sanjay Singh, emphasized that "the time invested in learning these rules today can secure a better and safer future for our children.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Co-ordinator Shri Anand Kumar Singh.

Saraswati Puja 2026

A grand farewell ceremony for Class 10 and 12 students was organized at Manav Bharti National School, Kendui, Gaya. The event featured vibrant cultural programs, adding color and joy to the celebration. Students were served delicious food and presented with gifts.
The School Director, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, and Principal, Dr. Nutan Singh, extended their best wishes and blessings for a bright and successful future. The event was emotional and truly memorable.
