Day 2 | The Great India Carnival – Assam Edition
IHM Guwahati continued its enthusiastic participation by showcasing the creativity and skills of the hospitality industry through live Mocktail and Appetiser Demonstrations. Visitors, especially students from Classes 1 to 9, experienced the art of food presentation, beverage preparation, and the excitement of hospitality education.

The activities were led by our faculty members, Mr. Anil Coriya and Mr. Bikram Sen, along with the dedicated efforts of our students, whose enthusiasm and professionalism made the demonstrations engaging and memorable.
