Now I tell you where you write the code you can write anywhere your code like notepad , notepad++ , sublime text editor, atom , visual studio code editor or vs code editor etc but I suggest you to vs code because I also used this editor this is an open source code editor and many extension to provide you so I suggest this

html tag , html document ki root ko represent krta h And ye browser & search engine ko btata h ki ye webpage html document type ka h iske under sabhi tag ko define krte h jaise , tag etc. Ab bat krte h head tag ki jo ki html document m ek hi baar define hota h

Head tag : iske under hum vo content likhte h jo apke web page pr show ni hota or ye mera information ko btata h like , css link , javascript link , tag etc
