पाले रहा हूँ गुस्सा
गुस्से को पी रहा
गुस्से में बस यूँ ही
गुस्से में जी रहा
गुस्सा करूं मैं किससे
अपने को कोसता
गुस्सा हुआ हूँ खुद-से
गुस्से को देखता
गुस्सा गए ये आँसू
आंखों से बह लिए
शब्दों में मौन गुस्सा
होंठों में रूक लिए
देखूं तो आए गुस्सा
न देखता तो गुस्सा
गुस्सा समेट लूँ बस
मुठ्ठी को भींच लूं बस
पी जाऊं ये हलाहल
सुकून पाऊं गुस्सा
सरल
